Did a great job professional and fair with prices. Only negative I have is, they moved my sub pump hose from road to side of house and forgot to put back causing pump to run all night till I figured it out next morning.

This is my second time using Joe for tree removal. He is very down to earth. He quoted me a price and stuck to it. They removed my tree in a timely manner and cleaned up the area really good. I am very satisfied with the services I have received.

When we reached out to the company, they lied and claimed that they had delivered to us before. Upon payment, they did not provide us with a receipt. The majority of the wood we received was is extremely large pieces, not suitable for burning in a conventional in-door fireplace. They had also dropped off less than the agreed upon amount. When we tried to call, they did not answer or return our calls. When I appeared at the business address to see if he could correct the mistake, he yelled at me and told me to get off his property before I was even spoke to him. My husband and I have been purchasing firewood in the area for 20 years. We’ve never experienced such terrible quality or service. We would advise people reading this be cautious of this company. We do not want others who are looking to make a fair and equitable deal to be swindled in the same way we were.

I would not recommend this company. Took the tree out and left most of the stump and said he would be back. Its been a couple months and he has not returned any of my phone calls

Joe did a good safe job of removing the trees and grinding down the stumps. Although, I have three complaints concerning the project:1. The equipment damaged the yard, leaving many ruts to be filled.2. Requested more money after the job was completed, stating that the cleanup took longer than he had estimated. (Then went on to tell me about his paid off $400K home and $72K truck he paid cash for). Get your estimate in writing!3. Haphazard clean-up

Joe provided a verbal estimate for tree removal. I would have used this company for tree removal but when I called to reschedule my appointment for tree removal Joe became very upset about my request to have the appointment reschedule. He was very unprofessional, spoke rudely to me, called me out of my name, refused to reschedule the appointment and declined to complete any future services. I would not recommend this company for any services offered.
