The apartment building feels like home. It is well maintained, and cleaned regularly! As a single parent, my kids have commented on how clean my building smells! I take that as a compliment! I would highly recommend renting from Sanford Systems!

I have rented a house from Mr. Sanford for approximately 15 years, and he has always been quick to respond to any questions or problems, always ensuring that any concerns are addressed, any repairs performed in a timely manner by professionals. He is always courteous and friendly, and easy to work with. Of all of the landlords from whom I have rented in my lifetime, Mr. Sanford is easily the best. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to rent or purchase a home.

We have more than a landlord/tenant relationship. It is a friendship. Walter and Lisa are amazing landlords! Everyone is shocked when I tell them I rent my house. The house is so homie; very clean, nice appliances, up to date, and in an amazing neighborhood. Anytime, I’ve had any issue they have sent someone to the house within the hour and it’s been fixed that day! I’m single and have been their client for 10 years now! Walter is a wealth of knowledge and systems!His experience is priceless! I met him years ago at Superstar real estate sales retreat in California… And followed his career… He is one of the most knowledgeable and hands-down best trainer in the country.

My fiance and I were looking for our first apartment together. We loved the property and Walter seemed very excited to work with us. The next day we filled out applications. I received a call from Walter the following day at 11:30am. He shared the news that we were approved, then he and I worked out a time to sign the lease the following day when my fiance came back to town. Suddenly, I get four text messages in a row and I check my phone to see my fiance frantically telling me about the text she received from Walter. He backed out on us within 4 hours of him calling me to approve us, even after already having gone through the hassle of calling my reference on the application. He claims someone who makes more money than us and has better credit applied and got approved and he just had to go with this person. Walter is not a man of his word and it seems that the almighty-dollar rules at the end of the day for this man. Would not recommend his services to anyone I know.

Horrible person to rent from! Don’t be fooled by this guy! He is a total scam artist and will scam you out of a lot of money!!
