Not bad

So far I havent had any issues since Ive been going here and the staff is very nice and is willing to help me with my needs also they have a good attitude towards their customers and always have a positive attitude.

My wife and I needed to do a Title transfer on a vehicle we bought from her parents. We initially went to the the currency exchange on 643 South Main St Bourbonnais, IL. It was this past Saturday and when we got there, there was a line of people waiting outside and only one person working inside. Eventually our turn came, told the girl what we are seeking to do ( short story, we simply wanted to transfer plates which was on the car already). The girl who helped us was simply a kind person but we felt bad for her because we quickly recognized that she was not trained properly nor had the support needed and shouldn’t have been by herself. She made 4-5 calls to a supervisor at the time trying to get clarity and make sure she was doing it right. In the end it became clear that it wasn’t done right, asked to see if it can be corrected? She stated that she couldn’t and we’ll need to come Monday and speak to Brenda on getting it revolved and the difference because she not sure how to correct it. Fortunately, Brenda was near by and came to assist her eventually but from the time she came in, you can sense that she had an attitude, simples irritated, and a big ego on her. We went back to the line, waited for our turn and my father in law asked her a simple question to make sure the issue was resolved correctly but her response was completely rude, offensive in regard to her tone, and completely unprofessional. I had no choice but to step in and defend my father in law from getting disrespected, and got the same attitude and level of disrespect from her. Brenda was completely out of line and for the fact that we were there long trying to resolve a transaction that should have taken 10-15 mins, she didn’t apologize on the wait nor the mistakes that kept us there for over an hour. If you are the owner of this location or any of the locations she manage, please know that Brenda is rude, impolite towards customers, disrespectful, and VERY unprofessional. She eventually refused to do the transaction at the end, prompting us to go to the Meadowview currency exchange near by at 34 Meadowview Shopping Center Kankakee, IL. Which was such a pleasant experience.We were greeted by Erica, very friendly and felt welcomed. We told her what we were trying to accomplished, she knew exactly what to do and the process only took about 10-12mins, by the way they had two staffs when we walked in ready to serve. The cost was actually few dollars cheaper because she knew what she was doing, no attitude, and completely professional from start to the end. Bottoms line is this, you have options, take you business and hard earned money to a location that value and respect your business, don’t bring your business to someone like Brenda who is very unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. Take your business to location such as the one on Meadowview Currency Exchange because they care and want your business and it was effortless communicating with Erica and her manager who also happened to be there.Thank you-for reading this post, take care and stay safe out there!

Very good service getting my car registered and paying the tax. Friendly staff that is actually helpful too. AVOID the Bourbonnais location unless you have a lot of patience. Meadowview is way better.

I love the fact that when you go in there, the workers always have the ability to keep the atmosphere positive and put a smile on each customers face. Very friendly.

They were super helpful transferring my 49CC scooter title.Bradley DMV snooty lady turned me away after she argued with anther emp. over motor cycle vs 49CC scooter. Friend suggested I stop in to this currency exchange and see if they could process my title transfer.It was done in 15 minutes. Very happy with them here!

Usually great service. There seems to be some underqualified employees working today. 7/2/18 at 10:09 AM. Been in line for more than 30 mins now and still have 5 people in line in front of me. Line keeps growing behind me. Not the usual ladies behind the glass. The one guy working one of the windows has taken more than 30 mins with ONE customer. Get it together dude!

Ive called literally 10 times with no answer. Whats the point in having a phone number if they just let the phone ring and the voicemail is full.
