I called and the guy told me he could get to my house to clean my carpet around 4-5 pm. 5:30 comes around and I’m still waiting for him to show up. I called three times no answer. Tried to leave a voice mail but couldn’t because the voicemail was full. And called the next day to see wha happened and then he forwarded my call to voice mail. I don’t have my own business to run but if I didn’t I wouldn’t run it like that. If he couldn’t make it for some reason all I would have expected was a simple phone call or text back saying he won’t be able to make it today, so that I could figure out something else to do. Never ever would recommend this guy to anyone.
