Our Sheltie went here for a much-needed grooming in Sep 2021. The groomer did a spectacular job; perhaps the best he has ever had. I highly recommend this PetSmart grooming location. Thank you for taking such care in our dogs needs. He looks stunning!

You can find almost anything pet related here with a Wide variety of items and even a few choices for each specific item youve come in for. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have had to find some pet items online because they didnt carry something in their store, but overall, its a nice shop and I can get in and out quickly.

Rusty loves to go get pampered here. Shaggy before and cleancut after. His teeth were brushed and he was bathed and had toenails clipped.

I was really impressed with this PetSmart. I had a return relying on the computer system for my receipt. The CSR, Tara, could of made it extremely uncomfortable or even difficult for me to complete my transaction as the computer system had been down all day. Even for a Saturday afternoon it was quite busy and they had three, possibly four lines open. Tara was very courteous, professional and even closed down her checkout line to help me find what I was looking for. I was really impressed by her and the other associates’ helpfulness.

We are able to take my wifes service dog in to get her nails done and to buy her new toys.

The managers are lovely. Jess is a pleasure.

The store was clean and well taken care of. And the staff was very helpful and kind.

I havent decided if we like Pets mart or Petco more. I like the staff at Pets art and the store isnt ginormous. All the dog stuff is on one side of the store. The rewards program, I havent really figured out, I havent recieved any coupons, specials, and with a new puppy who is always needing something, we shop a lot. So Im super bummed about not receiving more promotions for that reason. It could be the pandemic that the puppy food we buy regularly isnt always in stock. The last five times weve been there, they only had it once. But having helpful staff that doesnt act like youre bothering them is a huge plus that makes up for any thing else. Thank you PetSmart Staff....

Sucked. Poor customer service. CSR pointed out where the bark collars were but then disappeared. They were in a locked case. She would need to be there to open the case if I had wanted one.After having surgery on Monday, I didnt feel like tracking her down again so I left. Next time I will just order online.

Overall great staff. Things generally well stocked. My fish from them have always been fine. Havent used any services with them.

Fine store, seems a little pricey, however upon rounding the corner of an isle i was met with a slippery pile of canine excrement, while this is an isolated incident, no workers, customers, not even a mop bucket and wet floor sign was put in its place for the entire shopping experience

I didnt know but they will price match with chewy. Maybe cause they own it.

This store is a great place for a lot of your pet supply needs. How ever if you have an exotic animal for a pet. Some animals might be a little bit harder to get supplies for.

Was purchasing nitrifying bacteria to support a tank move and the lady up front insisted that if you use distilled water you dont need to treat/cycle your aquarium. She was quite argumentative about it. Also dead wrong. All fish poop. Poop turns into ammonia and ammonia is toxic to fish. Uncycled aquariums kill millions of fish every year because of advice like this. It is unacceptable for somebody at a pet store to tell people such an untruth let alone proceed to argue that untruth.Edit.: apparently she was too busy arguing how to kill fish and forgot to put the tag I purchased in the bag.

They have a lot to choose from! Always fun shopping here.

Seemed like a smaller PetSmart. Nice, clean, no lizards or anything live, but decent. They really didnt want to let us out without signing up for a loyalty program...SERIOUS PRESSURE, but no thanks.

Has everything for you animal friend. Also lizards, birds, fish, hampster. This particular trip was to find a baby beardy for my teen. Found everything we needed with plenty of help from the staff.

The lady who checked us out was so very helpful. She recommended a brand of cat food that was cheaper but the same quality.

Adopted a 2 year old puppy today and the service was great they help get us the right dog food and lease and made sure we used the coupons that they gave to us when we adopted

Do NOT bring your dog here! They will miss treat them and then over charge you for them being aggressive. I brought my English bulldog here (no hair cut, obviously) all she needed was a bath. They said she was overly aggressive. She has never in her life been aggressive. It was how the groomer handled her!... . I wish I had video of her going to petco, she loves it! The guys/ladies at petco say she is the best dog to groom, she even lifts each leg to get her nails clipped.... if you love your fur baby think twice about dropping your best friend of with these animal abusers!

Some of their employees do not care about the animals! I had done the proper research for a hamster and had bought an appropriate size cage (20 gallon tank) and they told me that I needed one of the tiny and inhumane cages that are for the little kids since they were more profit for the company instead of the animals wellbeing. Do not recommend, also their bedding and food prices for small animals is ridiculous compared to Petco.

I brought in my Scottie for a full service groom. They butchered her during her haircut. I felt terrible and could barely look at her on the trip home. I think the groomer needed more education on how to cut a Scottish Terrier.

Clean and has what we need for our animals needs. The lady working the front was wiping the counter between each customer, that is above and beyond considering she was the only person at the front of the store. She was very kind and doing great.

Really friendly and very helpful staff. Saved us money by using coupons we didnt even know about.

Their slection of reptiles was minimum and did not have very many turtles to choose from, very disappointed.

I have found some awesome catnip that my cat really loves and actually has the best affect on her

My dog gets her hair cut here and their do a really nice job

The ladies did a great job grooming Lucky and he enjoyed it too. First time we got a trim at PetSmart.

I love this pet smart. I have 3 dogs and they are allergic to chicken. And its hard to find dog food and treats. But pet Smat has just what my dogs need at a reasonable price. The staff is very helpful and cater to their customers!!! This is by far the best pet smart I have been too!!!

The customer service is always friendly and trying to help however they can with bargains and coupons. The store is kept neat and well stocked for the most part. Overall it is usually an enjoyable experience.

Yesterday I was trying to buy a betta fish for my nephew. When I went to PetSmart all the bettas were gone, after asking an employee, he informed me they were sold out from everything opening back up after Covid-19. Anyways I was thinking about it and how could all the bettas in the store be sold out? Especially when there was curb side pick up. I’m not quite sure but I do believe that those Betta fish were not sold out but rather probably dead from never getting fed during the quarantine time. I’m writing this review because I will never be shopping at PetSmart again, and to tell people that Petco had more Bettas then could fit on their shelf.

Giving a four star due to no vet.But the staff is so helpful and patient.My friend had a lot of returns.They did it in a flash with no problems.You have 60 days to return items/ with receipt. So have them email you a receipt. So you have it just Incase.Clean store, wonderful staff, what more can you ask for?

The grooming department is awesome!!! My pups always get the best care. Hope especially is absolutely wonderful. Even with a needy retriever she holds his paws the whole time to help him relax. Shes amazing!!

PetSmart is one of the few local pet shops they have quite a huge variety of pets and Pat accessories food and just about everything you can think of for taking care of your pet I believe they also have a grooming station there or you could get your cat or dog trimmed and taking care of Stafford pretty helpful and its a fun place 2 look at domestic animals to consider having as a pet

Employees were very friendly and helpful, nice clean store, and I like the fact that you can order online for a discounted price and pick up in the store when convenient for you. Also the website is pretty accurate when showing availability of products in-store. Different pet varieties available to purchase is not the greatest, selection is quite limited. Overall a nice place to stop for pet needs.

Customer service was top notch. I left with a total understanding of how to clip my dogs nails.

#1 large pet store in Kalispell. Workers are always friendly and smiling. Pets for sale are healthy and kept clean.

Horrible experience. Sign was up saying buy 12 cans get them for nine cents off. Rang up wrong at checkout. Checker checked & said Oh that went off yesterday. Canceled order & ordered on Amazon for LESS, plus dont have to drive 40 miles R/T to Kalispell!

We have always had a great experience at Petsmart. We did have one unfortunate experience this evening. When asking an employee for help locating a product she said this time of year we dont carry that you can try petco or lowes we said ok and went to leave and she says great talk. We happened to bump into the product while leaving the store. Luckily. Great store as far as products, would recommend if you can find the products yourself.
