Let me preface this with… I rarely review poor service…. I’d rather give kudos.I really had high hopes for this company. After the initial inspection and treatment, we were told that we’d need a monthly service to complete the treatment for ants and the office would call to schedule. Great! That would be perfect. Well the office never called. I’ve called no less than 4 times and have not received a return call.Today, I received an email from them saying that it’s been 45 days since our service, please contact the office to schedule. I replied to the email… still no response. If it weren’t for the fact that the initial technician was helpful and knowledgeable, this would be a 1⭐️ review.

Our technician was amazing. He was very polite and did a great job explaining everything so that I knew exactly what to expect. I couldnt have been more pleased with the customer service all around!

I called at the end of last week and they were able to get someone out to me within four days! Gary (I think!) was right on time and very personable and professional. I showed him where the nest was and he explained in terms I could understand what kind of chemical they would use and how it would work. He was also sure to let me know how long to expect for results. Fingers crossed that it works the first time, but Im also happy knowing that I can call the office for a re-spray if it doesnt! Very satisfied with my experience and will recommend to anyone I know with a pest problem. Thank you!

No one wants to come to the realization that they’ve brought bed bugs home from a hotel. 🤦🏼‍♀️😷😱 Once we realized that’s what we had, we called Bug Hunters and got their list of what to do to prepare for treatment. It was a lot of work but we did everything on the list and kept it that way for all 3 treatments. It made their job easier so they discounted our treatments. We never saw another bedbug after the 1st treatment, but did all 3 recommended treatments because we didn’t want to risk having to go through it again. Apart from the preparation itself, the scheduling, treatment and payment were easy and straightforward. Thanks, Austin & Scott, for being the one part of this experience that wasn’t stressful!

I moved into a rental on a pond and the house was infested with so many spiders, ants and ear wigs I wasnt sure I could survive without someone to spray. I was very pleased with the company owner who is a stand up guy with a great professional and personable approach. Im looking forward to setting up my fall spray as the spiders are quickly returning for winter shelter. Highly recommend their services.

They definitely kill all of the bugs. I havent seen any in a year since the first spray! My favorite bug mistress is Lizz. She had a great personality, very humorous! Highly recommend requesting her!

Bug Hunters is one of those rare businesses with complete professionalism. Their scheduling and billing system is a dream. I know every visit for the year, get reminders as they approach, and was able to set up auto payment (though they send an e bill right away anyway so its convenient either way). The staff is beyond friendly and professional. Its instant peace of mind. And, of course we get a comprehensive pest removal program that doesnt harm our small children or pets. We started with over 20 wasp and hornet nests, hobo spiders, and carpenter ants. There has been drastic reduction in all of them!

Bug Hunters have always put us on the schedule as quick as they couldwhen I’ve needed them. They recently caught a pack rat In the house and helped us take care of a mouse problem. Austin especially is amazing at his job and responds immediately to any questions/concerns I had. These guys are the best!

Little red Ford ranger truck with this business name on the side went flying down sunset drive near the mill in evergreen. Speed limit is 25 MPH and he was going closer to 50! Tried calling company and got automated service that led me to an answering machine. Now Im here. They make be able to kill bugs but they may get a few kids, dogs and cats and the way there.

Had a new service scheduled to a house we just purchased, the kid was nice but didnt do the job right. He didnt even spray in the living room where I was the whole time he was here (which was only about 20 minutes). A couple of weeks later, we still have bugs so I called and complained. I got Oh, that was the owners son and I said So? He did a bad job. We paid nearly $150 I expect the bugs to be GONE. The owner called me and apparently informed me that that was his son (again, so what??) His son made up some excuse for doing a bad job, claiming we had clutter. We JUST moved in, the only clutter was boxes! The kid was in a big hurry and simply didnt do a professional job. Owner promised to set up another visit to spray after claiming he cares about customer satisfaction but never called and its been a week. Dont trust these people, I cant believe we wasted our money!!Edit: Owner and son came to our home under the pretense of giving a proper spray and proceeded to insult me, denying a refund or a thorough spraying. The owner didnt check the kids work or even look around the house to see if what he claimed was true (I asked him to, he refused). The kid lied and the father protected him. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place.

What can I say about the #1 Customer Service company in the valley? I have used Scott Goodson for pest control on all the properties I manage since 1996. He and his crew are always there for me day and night when pesky critters decide to invade spaces. My out of town guests occupying the vacation rentals I manage expect instant service when a wasp nest is formed or a mouse make a surprise appearance. Scott, his employees and family are the real deal. Honesty, hard work, integrity, professionalism and thorough knowledge of their craft. They Get it Done!!!!

Had a poor first experience with the scheduler as well as the technitition that came out to spray. Wrote a poor review and then had Scott (the owner ) call me to make things right. Scott and Austin came out and did a spray inside and out of the house. Covered about 70% more area of the house than the first guy did. We feel more confident that this will take care of our spider problem where as before we saw little to now relief. Was pleased with how professional Scott and Austin were as well as with them coming out to make things right.

I have been using Bug Hunters for probably 5 years (maybe more). I own 5 acres in West Valley where no other pest control could help me tackle the problems with the red ants and the mice. Our ground literally moved and my children couldnt even play outside because the ants would attack. We even burnt the ground every year to try and burn out the nests. It was like a bad horror movie! We started doing twice a year treatments with spot checks here and there for the mice problem with Bug Hunters and now you cant even tell that there was a problem. When new problems arise I just make a simple phone call and one of the guys comes right to the rescue! Thank you Bug Hunters!

We had a serios Bald Face Bee and Wasp problem. The Wasps had made a hive inside the wall of our home, and after spending a lot of money on Bee spray, getting stung and then frustrated that I was getting no where. I finally called a professional. BUG HUNTERS sent Austin out, and within 20 minutes he assesed the problem, and then solved it. 24 hours later no Bald face and no Wasps. When they found out about a billing error the owner personally called and reconciled it. The management seems to sincerely want to do the right thing by the customer.
