They were friendly courteous very nice understanding worked well with the individuals they were working with I just had to give them a five-star very good service.On the day of the fitting it was more detailed than I ever anticipated.I had no idea of the fine tuning of the hearing aids they could do that, it was awesome. Theyre all about your hearing and its awesome to hear the things Ive been missing out on for about 42 years.Thank you very much

My experience with Dave has always been outstanding. Dave goes above and beyond to trouble shoot any issues. Dave has saved me money and time. He is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. The level of care at this place is exceptional. They genuinely want to help people. Scheduling the appointment to fit my schedule was a breeze. They are very accomodating. Dave does a professional booth style hearing test and even checks for ear wax. Its appreciated that he shares all levels of hearing aids that would work best for my loss, instead of basing it all on my income or trying to sell me top of the line. Went with financing and that went smooth also.Its both refreshing and rare to find a place that truly wants to make a difference for peoples hearing health. They are dedicated to making it happen. The people at the hearing place are so nice and accomadating I was over an hour late they adjusted their schedule and waited on me I loved the new hearing aids could hear better more comfortable less white noise. And they allowed me to bring my dog

I had the most comfortable hearing test. Dave was so patient and informative. I was so relaxed, it was as if I had been going there for years even though it was my first visit. When we were finished I couldnt think of one question he had not covered. I am referring all my friends and family.

My husband and I scheduled an appointment with Nicole who was most friendly and helpful. We had a very thorough hearing evaluation with David Baggett. He took his time with us to really explain our personalized testing in detail and the importance of untreated hearing loss and how it relates to brain atrophy. Excellent service. Made the appointment with MHC based on the excellent Google reviews. Dave and Nicole were friendly enough with the hearing evaluation. Unfortunately, our experience regarding getting hearing aids was very unpleasant. From the point we said we were interested in getting hearing aids, Dave pushed their service package for cleaning and maintaining the hearing aid. Their cost sheet predicting possible expenses over the future 5 yrs was exorbitant. Dave also failed to mention that the hearing aid came with a warranty (covering maintenance) or that we can clean / replace hearing aid parts on our own. We left feeling it was run like a used car dealership. We did NOT buy our hearing aid thru them.

The service on my Honda was well done and it was completed promptly. I will bring my car back.

Don and his crew are amazing! They are all so kind and truly care about their clients. Don doesnt typically see kids, but he agreed to see my 11yr old with severe hearing loss and within a week of seeing him, he has put a rush on the hearing aides my son needs! Corey Van De Reit has provided excellent support and services to our residents here and is a great resource. He has outstanding bedside manner, wonderful patience in explaining things to people and is dedicated to the customer. We also have had the pleasure of having Don Van De Reit here to help us as well. Like Corey, he too has the qualities wanted and needed in helping with hearing aids.
