The service was fast and I am really happy with how my eyebrows turned out. It’s $10.00 to get your eyebrows threaded which I think is an amazing value. The google directions send you to petco so keep your eyes peeled.

In and out in about five minutes for upper lip. Ive had eyebrow waxes before with incredibly varied results (like getting burned by too-hot soft wax...), and since Ive started getting self-conscious about my upper lip and have a formal event coming up, I wanted to test threading for the first time. Layla had great reviews already, and it looked fast, easy, effective, and inexpensive. As I walked in, I barely paused in my stride due to an invitation to be seated immediately, after which they warned that the ouch factor is higher for first-timers. Which was true! Super sensitive area. I was also told when it would be worst, when it might make me sneeze, etc. However, many plusses: it wasnt *that* bad, it was really fast, witch hazel was applied to calm irritation, its supposed to get more pleasant on consecutive visits, the results are incredible, and its affordable enough to repeat as often as necessary. The process took literally maybe two minutes. There was sensitivity and tingling for the first few hours, then very minor sensitivity less than 24 hours later (now). Ill definitely be back to this friendly little shop for brows and lip next time, or just brows if the lip decides not to grow back again? ... I can dream.Update: Everything unfortunately grew back, so Im coming closer to being a regular here. Still very happy! As a warning, going longer between visits means increased sensitivity. As a tip, get some witch hazel for home use (to prevent breakouts from irritated hair follicles, if youre prone).

Couldnt be happier with the whole experience! The shop, ladies that work there, and service were all excellent. Had my face threaded and overall it wasnt painful and didnt take long. I recommend them to everyone I know and will be going back!

Just had my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever. Looks great and really didnt hurt much at all. Everyone is really nice!

When they first opened, I would have given them 5 stars, but the quality of service has declined significantly. Today the technician left me with visible red sores! She was fast but sloppy. I am very unsatisfied with the results.
