Called to ask about help facilitating a closing. Escrow officer (I believe her name was Stephanie) I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Closing on our property could not have been easier. Amber Cooper came prepared and answered each question we had. Never once did we feel rushed. Our experience could not have been more pleasant. This is what excellent client service looks like!! Thank you, Amber! And a shout out to your receptionist! I didn’t get her name but she made us feel welcomed the second we walked thru the door. Just a fantastic experience all around.
