Such a great asset to the Flathead Valley. I originally interviewed with Brittany Redmond while in search for a summer job. I wanted a Monday - Friday job. I eventually found work soon after on my own but Brittany did not give up! She kept in contact and offered me a much better position that suits me well. I love all the girls in the office and wouldnt go anywhere else while looking for a job!

They started out sounding helpful by going through the interview process, I was excited. I obviously told them all my abilities and skills. They set me up with an interview and test that I had no experience with. They told me to go anyways. So I did. My interviewer told me that he keeps getting inexperienced people from them. I told him I didnt want to waste his time on a 10 hour test, so I left. They messaged me a week later telling me that that company didnt offer me a job. And asked what else I would be interested in. I listed about 5 to 6 things I would be willing to do. She told me to go on the website and look at jobs I would want. Whats the point of asking me what I want to do or know how to do? So basically I was doing her job then. I never heard from them again, very disappointed in the professionalism and laziness of this company.

I contacted LC Staffing during a planned relocation. I expected LC staffing to help me understand employment needs in the valley. Email replies from LCS became slower over the weeks to the point that they stopped. I was dealing with one agent and finally contacted her to close my file. At this time she explained that she was busy and had dropped the ball and let things go. Her admission. She made no attempt to get things up-right and continue. I have a full 20+ yr career with great references and it had no value to her. I was intaked and then literally shoved off in the corner and forgotten. The LCS agent was unprofessional, disrespectful and complacent. LCS expects job-seeking clients to be at their best and ready to go. They want professionalism and expect you to be at the top of your game. Well, I expected the same of LCS and was sorely disappointed.

LC Staffing was the first place I went to when I moved here in February. I worked a bit with Anna and then Jennifer N. They were able to find me a position and I was so grateful. The staff is friendly and helpful and they do go out of their way to help the employees and clients. The accounting team works very hard to ensure payroll is done on time and questions are answered. The branch manager of Kalispell, Theresa, is incredible to work with as are all of the people. I am beginning a new position now but will ALWAYS refer job seekers and employers to LC Staffing. If you want quality, LC Staffing is the place to go.

Everybody is friendly, and they always get their payroll done on time, and they will give $50 when someone you referred gets to 100 hours, but your not going to get holiday pay. The requirement to get it is all but impossible as this is a temp agency, and when you bring it up, they advise that most companies dont offer holiday pay until your with the company 90 days. I have been with the company longer than 90 days. As a last effort to pay my bills on time, they offered a 1 day temp job else where since holiday pay is out of the question, but then never followed up to give me the job details on where to go, so I still cant make rent. 100 hours gets a $50 to the person who referred you, but it takes 800 hours, to get 1 day of holiday pay. I wish Id gone with a different staffing agency.*****Edit in regards to the response. Its not that I was a new employee. Its that I was with the company well over 90 days, and I was not getting holiday pay. Every company I have worked for, gets holiday after 90 days. And when I brought this up, I was told I needed to realize, most companies, dont even offer holiday pay until 90 days. Its the fact that every one who started at my placement with me, from other staffing agencies, got holiday pay, and I didnt just because of going with LC staffing. I was offered a temp placement to make up for the holiday pay and told that they told me not to come in, they would email me regarding the job and they didnt. When I ended up with a $80 late fee at Christmas time, they admitted to their mistake, and said they are only human. I get that. I am human. So are the people at fast food places. But they offer to fix their mistakes. Then, they ignored me for months, both emails and calls, and when finally returning my call, while Im at work, they stated it was rude I couldnt talk. Obviously, since they are technically my employer, they can see Im at work. I gave the front desk my break times and had requested a call on those times and the message was obviously not passed on, but Im the rude one for working my butt off, wanting to work more so I can pay the bills in my holidays, and then getting forgotten about. Again....even fast food places fix their mistakes.

I have been employed with other staffing companies in another state, but none of them can even come close to the personal and genuine attention I have received from the people at LC Staffing. They are great people and they always have work for me. LC Staffing is the best.

I LOVE LC Staffing. I was going through a difficult time with my employment, and was in desperate need of something new. I submitted my resume to LC Staffing based on a job posting, and the next morning, had someone follow up with me to schedule an interview. The whole process was smooth, as they worked to ensure that any opportunity that arose would be a good fit for both myself and my new employer. During the entire process, my designated recruiter, the LC Staffing office staff, and what seemed like anyone else in the company I needed to speak to, was nothing but supportive, caring, and enthusiastic about helping people into great situations.

I have been in Flathead Valley for 32 years. I have gone through a number of changes in my life that left me needing to find other employment. I have solicited other staffing agencies but they do not even come close to the excellent customer service I received from LC. Just recently, I went in and interviewed with Brittany R. on Thursday. She contacted me same day to inform me of an interview with their client the following day and the following Monday an offer of employment! I accepted of course! I found Brittany to be professional and responsive to my needs and preferences. Her urgency to please both client and applicant was a breath of fresh air. I will continue to recommend LC Staffing.

Deceitful. I put in more effort to a job opportunity they described because it sounded better than other opportunities. After wasting my time I found out the job was much much less than they explained. It was not what they said it would be at all. A lower wage than first said and a lot less hours. My time would have been better spent left to my own devices.

It took a lot of interviews for a position at the company I wanted, but I eventually got a great position and so far they have been very nice and organized. They did alert me to possible positions as well, which really helped me not miss an oportunity.

My husband tried to use them to get work after being laid off for the winter. Its been 3 weeks since his interview and still have heard nothing from them.

Probably the least professional place I have ever had to deal with. there is absolutely no communication from them to me and if I call in and ask for an update they always make me feel like they shouldnt have to deal with my questions. one half of one star.update: the last time I was in the office they suggested I try spherion. BEST IDEA EVER!!! they are much more friendly and professional. a few min. after filling out the forms and I had a job!only took lc.... oh wait, they never did find me work... guess they dont like making money but its not like the attitude that lc comes across with is one that instill confidence in the job seeker.

I went in knowing the opening I wanted to apply for. I told them what I could do and it took them about 2 weeks and I was working. They gave me a raise within a month and another one within 3 months. Very happy working with lc

LC staffing is discriminate against disabled individuals (Including Veterans). I was applying for a job for Applied Materials and they rejected my application with this statement and I quote You do not meet our criteria. After stating that she would try to get me a job despite my physical disability. They get one star only because they let me fill out an application. I was informed that I could be provided a stool or chair for the assembly process at Applied Materials.I asked what criteria that was and they refused to give any such definition as to what that was. Her following state was You just do not meet our criteria. I have since filed a report with the Human Rights Bureau and the case will be investigated. Because the bureau agreed with me and they want to investigate this further.As for my qualifications, I am an electrical repairman and a AutoCAD technician. I have received education for repairing and assembling complex electronics for the military. I was also trained to run a diagnostics computer to test and repair circuits and other systems. My final for the first half my training was to assemble a multi meter circuit board from scrap, which I placed 3rd in my class. only because the other two had already been through such courses for another MOS. So I am definitely qualified to work for Applied Materials for assembling wire harnesses. which is the equivalent of legos compared to what I have worked on.

Everyone at LC staffing is very professional and kind and will definitely work hard to find a right position for you. The Missoula job market is difficult as it is and they are great at communicating with you and have a great time card set up and even have direct deposit available.

Terrible they are destroying all the jobs for people. They dont even help you get a job...... In fact if they dont like the way you look they wont even talk to you. The workers are are very judgmental and have no clue what they are doing. All of them tell you something different and you end up getting a job by yourself anyway!!! Flathead needs to boycott. Then maybe we wouldnt have such a hard time getting jobs.

When we first moved to Kalispell, I wanted to pursue a career change. I had been in the medical field for the previous five years and found that people had a hard time seeing past that on my resume. I didnt know what to expect when I walked into LC Staffing, and had never worked with a staffing agency before, but I was so fortunate to have met with Jennifer Neadeau. She saw my potential, understood my skills and abilities, and was able to serve as an advocate for me. Im so thankful she was the first person I talked to when I got there.Now that Im on the other end, hiring employees through LC Staffing, I have been so pleased working with Jennifer as well as Amy Slomba. Both are exceptionally skilled at what they do as recruiters and they understand what I need as an employer. As for local staffing agencies, I choose not to work with any other.

I totally agree with Jane Smith. I applied there a couple of months ago and never had any calls or anything and I have alot of experience at my job. They have jobs that I was interested in so I called and the guy took down my info...no return call. Twice I have called and no one calls back. Then just last week they have 97 new job openings but no one contacts me even after I contact them. I have talked to alot of people since Im fairly new in the area and Ive talked to people who told me not to waste my time there, rather go to Express or Spherion...and they were right. I guess its who you know, not what you know.

Horrible staffing agency, they were rude and did not help after I inquired about multiple jobs that I had inquired about. I recommend going elsewhere to find a job.
