Didnt have what I needed. I was obviously looking intently & that didnt catch anyones attention. Had to finally flag someone down on my own. Probably didnt want to deal with anyone over 30. Wont be going back!

We had some help today from one of your Geeks named Michael and he was absolutely fantastic. We were born in the wrong era and the word Electronics scares us to pieces, but he treated us like we were as smart as all the Geeks combined! Thanks Michael

I usually wouldnt care if these guys just ripped me off but theyve managed to do the same to everyone if you read the rest of the reviews. So far the only advice I can offer is Whitefish has a few much better and much more qualified options for computer services. Save your money and start there.

Very nice staff and service! extremely polite and welcoming, however due to them being very small they dont always have the correct tools or knowledge, good experience tho!

$200+ charge. Weeks spent waiting. Complete failure. And no refund.Price tag: One customer lost permanently.Avoid these people, this is a rip off from one end to the other.

Over priced, and generally lacking in know how and communication to the customer.
