First of all, what service. He went above what I expected. I own a business in town and his service is outstanding. His knowledge is exceptional. I took a old laptop that wasnt turning on. He tried but I need a new laptop. Ive used other computer guys in the past but what sets Richard apart is his service I cant say it enough. Thank you for getting me back up and running.

The owner was super flexible and polite. He made a trip out to my home to pick up my computer, and even arranged it around my lunch break so I didnt have to take time off work. Not I mention, if was done by the end of the day, and he helped me load it back in my car. Very reasonable rates and super helpful!

I had maxed out my computer space to the point the computer wouldnt turn on. I went to Byte Savvy and was seen right away. The problem was resolved to the point I could turn on the computer. I really appreciate that he didnt try to sell me an expensive fix for an older computer that didnt have enough space. Really seemed to know his stuff. So appreciated!
