Maybe mention on the phone that you require a mask. Tried to make my 3 year old wear a mask. Took money else where! Won’t be back! The mask won’t save you either FYI

Made an appointment on line. When I got there they wouldnt do it. Said they dont use online.

I live an hour away in Hot Springs and was going to be up in kalispell the online check in only gave you the option of 20 minutes if they had where I could have put my time in I would have booked online. I will not be back. Found another hair salon down the road I am familiar with. Was able to walk in. And where I went does not charge an osha charge which I think is a scam by smartstyle. When you add 16.97 for haircut 3.99 for osha that is 20.00 bucks plus tip your spending 25.00 I only paid 16.00 haircut plus tip

Used the online version to schedule my appointment. I would recommend calling as the online schedule does not show their in store schedule. Great service. Love my new hair cut

OK,I am not the style of person whom writes review, unless necessary. I went into the salon at Walmart her in Kalispell, MT today. I was sent away as the only person there was waiting for a previously booked appointment. When I cam back they told me that the appointment I was told to be patient for didnt show... Yeah.Then, when I got into the chair, the person whom attended?to me was talking about how the other members of their team didnt clean and organize as the deemed fit. She then asked me what Id like today. I told her and she proceeded to not cut as short as Id like, which is forgivable. But then she had me have to point out several locations where the hair had not been cut evenly with the rest of my hair. Several, like 4ish... Then, when she was talking, she mentioned repeatedly, other customers tips and one of her own to another person. Not precisely subtle. S Instead of continuing to have the attendant continue to try to even my hair up in all the spots she hadnt groomed, and listen to her other downloads of how she dyed her hair in an unfavorable manor,I came home and began to take my personal shaver to the task of re mediating the lack of attention I had just had to pay for...No, I shall never, NEVER recommend anyone to be put through that experience for themselves by attending the local Walmarts salon...My apologies to the emotions of the stylist, but I cannot recommend anyone be put through the consequences of paying for that experiences misfortune. It also appears upon this review, that a star must be selected...

They were fast and just as I had asked with my hair . All around great job, great hair products .

Took my kid for haircut and the stylist literally stopped mid cut to talk with and look thru books for some other woman that wanted to color her hair for just over 20 minutes making my day longer and kid uncomfortable. It was really unacceptable especially for my first time there wont go again ever

Staff was friendly, price is affordable and my kiddo loves his new haircut!

I booked my appointment online and I received a notice that it had been cancelled as I walked in the door! Needless to say I am not very happy with that!
