Always accommodating for buyers and sellers

The review posted a year ago, was NOT posted by me, and do NOT reflect my thoughts on Gardners Auction... I have always been 100% happy with Gardners Auction, and all their employees. I have had dealings with Gardners since back in the 70s, and always had the highest regards for this business and their employees... Great place to buy and sell... and hope to continue doing business with them for years to come. My apologies to Gardners Auction, and their entire staff for the review that had my name posted with it, and hope to resolve it soon.

When Gardners would have in-house auctions on Mondays my husband and I would be there always would find excellent deals and when we moved I truly missed the. Gardners and the auctions. I went on the online auction last week and bid on a couple items and won felt like old times. The Gardners have always been fair and I truly miss those Monday auctions...Alicia Henderson

Dont get me started.. This place is great run by fun honest people. I love buying and winning items from here.

First started online, I liked it... only if you go to sell something, it costs you 35% sellers fee, and if you end up buying it back because its not selling high enough, there goes another 15% buying it back.. you just paid 50% to get it back??? In other words, if you take in a item worth $400.00, to sell and it only brings in a $225.00 bid, and you deside not to let it go, you now have to pay 15% of the $225.00 buyers fee.. PLUS another 35% sellers fee, so now to get your item back, it will cost you 50%, or 1/2 the $225.00, ($112.50) to take it back home.... also we miss a LIVE AUCTION!

Would not consign or buy from this company. they have terrible service and are uncooperative as well as discriminate against folks. I only wanted to spend my money there but was told I cant because I live in colorado. they dont care if I was willing to travel nor did they care if have a great bidding history or if I understand and read the auction terms. they simply declined me and refused to communicate without any reason or explanation. if your a seller they surely cannot make the most for you this way and if your a buyer they discriminate against you. how can any seller get the most when they limit the buyers??? DO NOT CONSIGN with these people

I have been dealing with Gardner Auctions for years and they always have been the best to deal with. Recently, Amber in customer service went over the top to help me out. They are as good as it gets!

Hands down best auction house in Montana

Beware of Bait and Switch. Client arranged to have contents of an estate in the Mission Valley removed to be auctioned at Gardners in Kalispell. On the day scheduled for pickup, the client was informed that they (Gardner) did not have the right sized truck available and they would partner with a local second hand store to take some of the things. This was not at all what the client and Gardners had agreed to prior.

Its great to be able to find some good deals but beware of the Samsung washing machine that was Recalled because it was blowing up in peoples faces. Samsung would give these people a rebate for a new machine and told them they can keep the defective machine. As a result I got the defective machine sold at Gardeners thru there auction...Not sure, but I think it is illegal to sell a recalled anything to the public without them knowing about it. I wonder what Gardners is going to do about that?
