I’ve never had or have no reason why there would ever be an issue with this place. The phone clerk simply reminds me every time to wait for the security gate to close before proceeding onto the tarmac as per security usual. The single star reviewers are just a bunch of affluent Negative-Nancys.

There is a bad attitude at this business held by the management. They have no competition on the field so they have a take it or leave it attitude.

I called a week ahead before we flew into Glacier International. I asked what information I needed and if there is anything special I needed to know to keep my aircraft there for 5 days. They conveniently leave out that there is a ramp fee per day. When I told the manager behind the counter that they should tell pilots when they call in about the ramp fee they proceeded to get defensive. So unprofessional, its easy to say sorry we must have forgot, not well if you dont ask, we wont tell you. Good thing there are other options 5 miles away for my next trip up.
