I have had repair of my used Riccar Vibrance Deluxe upright vac before, and I think it took about half an hour. The owner is quite knowledgeable, and he has a great attitude. I will return when any of my vacuum cleaners need to be serviced again in order to increase longevity.

Chuck at the Vacuum Doctor has been nothing but great for servicing our work vacuums. Its a good 15 minute drive for me (I work in Portage and I am actually within walking distance to VacWorld) but prefer to make the drive because of the great service. Chuck is not a pushy salesman and he offers fair prices. He also has fixed our old and new vacuums for very little or has made sure the repairs were covered under warranty. I have been to 2 other vacuum stores in the Kalamazoo area and have always dealt with pushy salesmen and always end up with a huge repair bill. He also has a nice selection of cleaning supplies for the home or commercial use. I usually try to pick stuff up there rather than support a big box store.

Outrageous prices everything is way overpriced I paid twice what I would anywhere else for Kirby vacuum bags only go there if you like spending your hard-earned money I will never go there again

Dropped a Bissel vac off that my wife bought on Ebay. The thing quit working soon after it arrived. Took it to the vac doctor for his opinion. He fixed it at no charge and was very professional and knowledgeable. I will support this small business.
