I had my piano moved today. Kalamazoo piano company had great service and was the best price in town.

I love the family feel Jessica gives off! So knowledgeable about pianos. With everything with what the pandemic threw at us and everyone getting back into hobbies or bring new ones to their children. I’m sure this has kept this women beyond busy between raising children and juggle her own business. Even though I didn’t hear back that day she still reached out to me and answered all my questions. She has giving me inspiration that I can also be a full time mom and own my own business. You rock! We deserve more women like you!

This is not a business, this is a lady who thinks she is a business but really is too wrapped up in her kids to answer the frickin phone. Get it together lots of people have kids and do a better job of keeping it together. Dont call these people. I dont care how sorry you are for not answering the call a return email is just not the same. People work with a lot on their plate every day. You guys deserve an all around one star for your general unprofessional behavior, the icing on the cake is when you do finally get them on the phone you cant hear over the screaming children. Either do better or get out of the way you give a bad name to working moms.

Clearly the woman running the place has an eating disorder. Very unprofessional to have someone so obviously underweight running the show room. It made me very uncomfortable to see someone so small. Do better kalamazoo piano. 😕😡🤬

Bert and company just moved an older, larger, German upright, into a Queen Anne Victorian parlor. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable, creative in getting said object up and down stairs, and through tight spaces. I would highly recommend them.

I just had a fantastic experience with Jessica getting our piano to sound beautiful again. She also gave me several tips on care of the finish. She is very knowledgeable, prompt and her fee was very reasonable. Do not hesitate to call her!!

Not only does the shop offer beautiful pianos at very competitive prices, but it feels good supporting a local business.Services include tuning, moving, and lessons. Owner is really great with kids--very family friendly.I know its a small thing, but they have a lending library for people to share sheet music. Its little things like this that make it worth repeat visits if you have a love of pianos.

Well, this is the 2nd time I have tried contacting this company about trying to move a piano and Im disappointed on not only the lack of response (2nd time being this year) but also a timely response (1st time being last year). I can understand if theyre unable to do it but Id at least like a notification about it.

I was employed by the Kalamazoo Piano Company for a summer as a piano mover assistant, and during this time I witnessed over $100,000 worth of upright and grand pianos moved skillfully across the region, often in and out of high end homes without a single scratch or incident. Bert Ebright is outstanding in the care and concern he putsinto this work.

They have some gorgeous pianos and really reasonable prices. Plus Jessie is great.

This has been the worst experience. They recommended Burt Ebrite for piano moving services. We were making arrangements all week and then the day of he calls and says in a voice mail lets look at next week. So Ive taken off work and the couple with the piano is waiting. He leaves me high and dry. Then I call the piano company and they readily accept that this is unacceptable and promise to give me another movers info AND. THEN. THEY. DONT. EITHER. I was told later by someone that having Burt Ebrite stand me up was the best possible outcome. He has a terrible reputation.

I have called and left messages. I have texted more than once. The only thing I heard was Where are you located. I responded within two minutes. I have heard nothing else.
