Made a visit today to the Portage Rd. facility. Very caring staff. Mark Q. explained what my doctor had prescribed in terms that I could understand. This was a very positive experience !

My 1st consultation appointment for my orthotics went really well and I was excited but during my 2nd appointment when I came back to receive them wasnt all that great. I had a different doctor during the 2nd appointment and he was very rude. He grilled me on my shoes when I wasnt even there for that and then proceeded to ask me what did you even come in for? Are you kidding me? Im your patient and youre asking me what I came in for? I was very upset. My orthotics are great but thats the only good thing that came out of this.
