Chad and team did a great job. Went above and beyond the scope of the work defined in the quote.

We called and asked for a quote, they said they would come out last Tuesday to see our lawn, give us a quote and mow it that day. I was home all day and they never showed up. We called them back to see what was going on and we’re told they had come by but didn’t check to see if anyone was home and so didn’t mow the lawn and they wouldn’t be able to come back until the next Tuesday. We agreed to have them come then. Tuesday came and they never showed up. We called and left a message and they called back and left a message saying they could not fit their equipment in our backyard. Since we have had other lawn services get their large equipment easily in our backyard we can only conclude that they never came to see our lawn in the first place and instead of admitting that, lied about it instead. Now we will have to find another service, our lawn is very long and it’s going to rain over the next few days making it even worse, and all Ballard Lawn Care did was waste our time.
