You may pay a bit more but you will have unbelievably knowledgeable staff who when things go wrong will always be there for you. Been going for years and have been helped out of two many pool and hot tub crises...well worth spending a little extra on supplies to have expert consultation when you need it!

We stopped in recently to get information about Hot Tubs. We arent ready to buy yet, but would like to soon. Dave was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of hot tubs and gave a lot of great advice. He genuinely cares about what he does, you can tell. When were ready to purchase we will definitely be back! We left excited about our future purchase!

Rude person working desk. Has signs posted masks are LAW. They are not. Know the difference between Law and executive orders before you start posting and harassing customers. A customer Wearing a mask and then your desk person telling your customer how to wear it repeatedly harassing them when they have one on, will not only make you lose that customers business, but others as well through word of mouth. I know, I, for one, will be taking my business elsewhere. Advice, post your sign. Stop dictating what isn’t the law and leave your mask wearing customer alone.

Always friendly, knowledgeable staff! Wonderful company! The staff is amazing. They will help you with water issues and give great advice. They genuinely want to help people. Would definitely recommend anyone with pool or spa needs to shop at either location in Kalamazoo.
