Recently had all of my wood floors sanded and stained. The end result is stunning and I am amazed that this was completed as quickly as it was. The quality of the stain and finish seems very high and I am incredibly happy with the experience of working with Jeff. He is professional and very skilled/knowledgeable about wood floors. Did not get past the quote stage while working with Kalamazoo Wood Floors. My interaction with Jeff - the owner of the business - was unprofessional. Setting up the quote he was vague on timing, and was vague up until he let me know he was 5 minutes away. Jeff assured me that was how he regularly runs his business When I raised concern about this issue with scheduling . Due to the miscommunication about timing, Jeff was going to arrive ~ 5 minutes earlier to my home than I would. He immediately asked me if he could go off to do a quote in Galesburg rather than wait a moment for me. This seemed poor practice to me. I let him know that if he went to the Galesburg quote instead of mine, that I would pursue business with some other flooring company. He then audibly laughed at me. I went on to try to justify my impression of why I was unpleased with our business thusfar - and Jeff proceeded to hang up on me mid-sentence.

Jeff is hands down the best Wood Floor guy in the business!!!

Jeff and Greg did an amazing job installing new hardwood floors into my kitchen. They were able to match almost perfectly the stain and finish with the existing hardwoods that are throughout the rest of my house.They were on time, and worked hard until the job was done. I had a mini flood that resulted in replacing my floors. KZ Wood Floors stayed late and showed up early to fit us in, replace our flooring and get us back to normal. Nice guys, worked hard and fast, careful around our house, nice to our kids, etc. Definitely recommend them for flooring needs.

Ladies, dreams really do come true with Kalamazoo Wood Floors! They took one of my spare bedrooms and converted it into the most beautiful personalized dressing room/closet!! They took my ideas and created their own beautiful design that met my needs exactly!! The coolest part was that they used old repurposed ladders and wood to create the one-of-a-kind design! This is something I could have only dreamed up on Pinterest! Absolutely a dream come true!! Amazing work!!!
