Front desk worker Brian tried to publicly embarrass belittle customers

Rented a powerwasher. Had a problem getting it restarted after I cut it off. It was my mistake, not a malfunction of the powerwasher. They were kind and gave me a partial credit when I returned it earlier than I had agreed. They know how to run a business! I would recommend them.

Contacted Sunbelt Rental in Kalamazoo to ask about their mini conveyor system 6 weeks ago. Told them I was moving 300 cubic yards of sand from top of hill to bottom of hill. They communicated that this would do the job. I asked how many would I need to cover a 30 ft run. Was told 3 conveyors would be needed. I ask could the conveyors be hooked together and control by the bottom operator. Again was told yes. I asked what the amount of material could be moved by the conveyor. Sunbelt told me they did not know and provided me with the make and model to get data from manufactures website. Proposal to move material all based on them informing me that this would work and the capacity from the manufacturers website. Called today and was told that THEY CONVEYORS ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR MOVING MATERIAL DOWN HILL AND WILL NOT WORK and left me high and dry on how to move 300 cubic yards of sand

Had what I needed and what I picked up. Reasonable prices and a easy to navigate web site.

Rented a jackhammer for a small job. They recommended the appropriate tool (which happened to be the least expensive). Ive never worked with one and could have easily been upsold.The wheel on the carrying case broke when taking the tool out of my trunk to return. I would have gladly paid some kind of damage charge but they told me not to worry about it. Fast, no hassle rental. Definitely would use again.

Jerry in sales and Joe in service are top notch at the K-ZOO branch you cant go wrong with those two always good equipment ro rent.Somehow joe figures how to fix our old machines when they break down. If you want to deal with a good ole person to talk to and not answer a computer system give them a call for personal service.

Very disappointed with this place. Rent a tow behind compressor every fall for six weeks. Went in March to reserve one for the fall and the guy says its too early. Tells me to come back in June. Go in today (6/13) and the same guy tells me they dont have anything available. Its always the same story. High prices and very customer UNfriendly. Going to be avoiding them from now on and telling all my colleagues to do the same.

Writing this as Ive been sitting in the parking lot for over 40 minutes waiting for my equipment... Side note, its not busy.

No people skills just rude tone and attitude when asking questions tried to deal with it twice same thing every time, going too stick with Goggins rental better service all the way around

Used to be great when they were Rentalex, prices have jumped and service have dropped off

Rented a drywall lift to hand drywall for side walls. They had to get from another store, and they brought me a ceiling drywall lift. Over rated, over priced and very unorganized. They were questioning me about a different clients account, I sure hope they didn’t give my info to someone else? They claimed they didn’t.
