If possible I would have given this company 0/5 stars. Our organization has been working with this company for a long time and our experience this year has been awful. Not only have they not completed our orders in a timely fashion, (they are still incomplete and we have pre-paid for them) they yelled at us on the phone when we ask when the orders would be ready. The owner is nice, but our experience with this year has been poor.

When I ordered a new chapeau with slashings, they only put on half, and in order to get the other half, I wound up paying for it again, only to have to sew it on myself- and was very surprised to see that I was charged three times the price I was quoted! I will not be doing any further business here, and have no problem warning others about the experience.

Went in to buy a sweatshirt and was told there was a 20% off entire store the following day. So I went back the next day and the $30 sweatshirt then cost an additional $5 making it $35. Also bought a t-shirt that was not on sale, so the whole store was NOT on sale.
