I don’t think this company either exists or does not service Kalamazoo altogether. I live a mile and a half away from their office and they said they do not service my zip code. I’m literally located in the city of Kalamazoo. Their website says they service Kalamazoo and the surrounding areas. The woman hung up on me three times. The third time I shared that I don’t understand why they wouldn’t service a zip code over from them. She responded “let me play you a recording for you to better understand”. The recording says “I’m sorry we don’t have anyone that services your area.”

I just tried reaching out to this company to have our chimney inspected and cleaned. A woman answered the phone with a plain Are you calling for a chimney sweep? No Hello or formal greeting at all. She asked a few basic questions about what services were needed and the zip code for location of jobsite. Being in zip code 49097, she said they dont have anyone to service the area then without saying goodbye or anything she switched it over to a recording that said the same thing and auto-disconnected. Im not sure how they expect to get any business with this kind of first impression...

Excellent service. Confirmation call assured us that the technician would be arriving at the time that the ETA was set. Showed us his identification so that we knew he was who he was supposed to be. He not only did the repairs on our chimney and thoroughly cleaned it out, and also cleaned up the work area so that you would even know he was there. He showed us photos of his work before and after, so we saw exactly what was done. That showed us that the work was done in the right way and that our chimney was up and running in the way it was supposed to be. Cost was everything we are hoping for. A great job and a great service.
