You will not find many other companies that will give you as good of service as Easy on Hold. Every single person I talk to in that company was friendly and supportive and would go out of their way to help you. After 2 months and several conversations, I purchased their Easy on hold play and music on hold recording. I received the unit in timely manner but got tied up with personal issues and never got around to installing it. About 3 months later I installed the unit and found out I had a quality issue with the Music on hold sound. I called in and they had spent allot of time helping me to get the sound quality corrected. We were not able to get the sound quality fix as my equipment did not work well with their device. What I like best about working with Easy on hold, is that they really do want to help you be successful. They have a 30 day return policy but allowed me to return my device anyway. I appreciate their efforts; we will definitely use them and would recommend them to anyone.

Easy on Hold has done our on hold messages for Creative Imprint Systems for quite some time, and have always been professional and quick with scripts and recordings. We love having the ability to personalize our on hold messages for our callers to receive new and up to date information. They even take a proactive approach and call if we have not changed our messages in some time to get new information to write a new script, which is fantastic.

The whole team at Easy On Hold has been awesome! I had inquired about their services but was not quite ready to implement them within my company. Todd was persistent over the course of a few months, but not in an annoying way.
