It was a horrible experience!!! I had to pay over $750.00 I loved my truck, I called her Sarah, she only had 169,000 thousand miles... It was stock they took out the bench seat and put two purple bucket seats and put mags that didnt match, and a big heavy chrome bumper,I collected reycles to make ends meet,they took my debit card from the glove book and ran it dry of over $800.00 dollars!!! Plus I had a club on the steering wheel...

Customer service so terrible that its nearly unbelievable. The dispatcher was purposely and willfully rude and down right mean. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

I slid down a slippery driveway in Kula and almost flipped the box truck, D&D towing was there super fast and did an amazing job of pulling my truck our of the ditch. They literally saved me.

Service is always impeccable, very affordable. I put up a 10x20 storage in place of car, WOW. ..

Are there negative stars? Absolutely the worst tow company around. These people are crooks, car was towed after an accident and next thing you know they are trying to auction my car. These people should be in jail. By the time I got my car back they had taken the license plates off and lost them.

This isn’t a business just a bunch of lazy criminals. They extorted $50 from my husband just so he could pick up a vehicle stored there even though it was business hours and they were sitting inside of the office. Greedy liars, thieves, and extremely unpleasant people. Definitely avoid them. I’m not surprised someone else commented they stole change from their cup holder...

D and D towing was very prompt and delivered two vehicles to be recycled at HammerHead Metals all the way from Keokea! Very efficient and no hassles! Was a relief to me! Thank you so much!

Car broke down on the highway and I wasnt allowed to drive with the driver in his tow truck so I had a friend pick me up, which made the tow truck driver have to wait for me. Super irate and mad at something that I couldnt change. I would assume that they would be more understanding

Returned my car to my dealership without the car keys. Used my toe hook cover and did not return it. Horrible. I dont recommend this tow company. Terrible phone service to.

The most RUDE company ever! Was told someone was coming in 45 minutes... Literally 2 hours later and a very rude dispatcher! Was not happy at all! And wanted to charge me $25 for riding with the driver!! Unbelievable! Never heard of a charge like that in my life! Do NOT do business with this company!

This is the worst business I ever had to deal with on Maui. Never in my lifetime had I such a nightmare of an experience. The woman working there, she might be the owner but I dont know, is such low class trailer trash that I was actually scared for my safety as she seemed extremely violent. If you need a towing company go with anyone else but not this company.This is what happened: Saturday night my son lost control of the car at 1 am in Makawao when he was on his way home to Kihei. He had two flat tires. I went immediately there, from Kihei but when I arrived he had already called the police and the officer (very nice and helpful police officer) had already called this towing company for us, just to help us out. The guy came with a regular towing truck and took my BMW to their junkyard and told me i could only go pick it up on Monday. No option to take the car to my house or to a mechanic. So monday when we go there to pick up the car, they present us with a bill of $718.00!!!! And they would not let us get close to our car to collect values that we had in the car and my sons school backpack. The woman started SCREAMING that she would call the police if we got any close to our car because we were trespassing!!We left and today we called them as if we were just a regular customer and we asked what were their prices and they told me it was $95.00 plus tax to tow a car from Makawao to Kahului (16 miles) I asked how about if it is after midnight, if the price would increase. She then said that would be a lot more because the driver would have to get out of his house to go, and that would be $275 +tax. Really a lot more, but understandably so, because it was indeed middle of the night. But $275 is much less than the $718.00 they charged us. So we went there today and said i was the person that just called asking for the prices and she said it was $275 so why were they charging me over $700?? Thats when this woman with really trashy attitude and language started yelling at me that I needed to leave their premisses immediately or she would call the cops for trespassing. I asked to see their rates and she said that was confidential and that they can charge whatever they feel like. and she continued to come too close to me physically while yelling. I became extremely scared for my safety and left and called the police. They came shortly after and told me that definitely those prices were much higher than their regular rates but they could do anything. They also said they are called there constantly for the same reason i called. It happens almost every day!!! How can this business have their doors open??? How can this abuse be allowed? The police officer suggested that I pay just to take my car and after that file a civil law suit on Small Claims court and try to get part of my money back. So this is where I am at and I already spoke with my attorney and were filing the claim this week.After such a horrible night, with the trauma of what happened to my son and the scary accident, a company like this should show some sympathy and respect and even a little compassion and treat us like customers, but instead they insult you and kick you out because they have your car and the keys in their property and they will call the cops on you for trespassing unless you pay whatever they feel like. If you car is really nice, like our BMW is, they know you will be willing to pay more so they charge more. If we had a piece of junk they would ask less. Its a very dishonest business practice where they are basically stealing money from people because they have our car and there is nothing else we can do but pay whatever they decide to ask you. If we want our car back. I will complain about this to every government agency that i can, even if i dont get my money back, maybe they will have their business investigated.

Spoke to an Allison at D & D Towing who was EXTREMELY rude, unprofessional, and did not want to help me at all! She even hung up on me! All I wanted was to get the registration from my vehicle so that I could submit it to my insurance company. Thats all. NEVER using this towing company for my needs EVER. Would rather push my vehicle across the island then to call this place!
