I was so impressed with the Pono Chem Dry guys and the finished product of the cleanest and most soft carpets I have ever had!I highly recommend them!!Seeing we just moved into a new home we wanted to do a pet and allergy treatment to help my kids and I with allergies. They spent time answering all my questions with patience and made sure all the products were Eco Friendly, which was very important to me. Ivan and his assistant Robert were on time, and even a little early. They were very professional in their interactions and very thorough with the cleaning. Our carpet was vacuumed and cleaned quickly. The system they use left very little moisture in the carpet and it was totally dry in a couple of hours. Most of all, it looks amazing! The cost was reasonable and the results were excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone with no hesitation. I’m a very satisfied customer!!

We had a leak from a hose in the bathroom. We’re on the mainland and panicking about water damage. The electric was not on yet. I called ProChem for help and Adam responded to my plea right away. He worked with the maintenance guy in the complex to find electricity to plug into. He kept me posted, took pictures and called me to let me know how everything went. Super nice guy!!! I have been researching carpet cleaning services for at least a year because the type of carpet we have requires specific cleaning. Although I initially thought about renting a rug doctor to clean myself, the technology of using water is really outdated. ChemDry, which is Pono ChemDry’s services is the rug cleaning technology of today and works well with Berber carpeting. The cleaning solution is pet safe, organic and does not have any chemicals so there is no harsh smell at all. The steam cleaning uses less water and gets the job done well! I watched Ivan and Adam work in our house and saw the difference between our dirty, stained carpet and the clean, healthier and sanitized area. It feels really, really good to have clean carpets especially because we have been renting and living in our studio for six years. Carpet cleaning was long overdue for us! It did not take long for the carpets to dry. My littlest dog sniffed the clean carpets when I let her back in to the house. The cleaning also lifted out dog fur that my Kirby vacuum did not pick up. So glad it did! We are so very happy to have worked with Pono ChemDry. Ivan and Adam are friendly and I learned so much about carpet care. We would highly recommend this company and team! I found Pono Chem Dry when I googled carpet cleaners. I chose them because they offered a 3 room special. He came out when he said he would and the carpet looks amazing!!! You know what 3 kids under 7 can do I. 2 years to an off—white carpet:) He even applied a protectorant. That was a month ago and it still looks like it did when he finished cleaning it!!! I will definitely recommend Pono Chem Dry.
