Found a part I couldnt for weeks. Reasonable prices for being on an island and as mentioned, the service gal was super friendly and knowledgeable about my needs. If she was unsure, she would find out and call me back. My dryer just broke. I didnt hesitate to immediately look them up!

Dont call these people. They told me just bc another technician from another company worked on my ice maker, they cant help me. I told them Im willing to pay. Should be irrelevant if someone worked on it previously, told me they cant help me. So looks like they dont need our business. UPDATE since I cant reply to the reply just written to my post. First of all, I did not hang up. Second of all, nice try but before I could even explain the situation (it was not worked on TWICE), I did say that your company will be paid for any repair or diagnostic done in full! Your representative didnt want to hear it and said, sorry I cant help you. I was shocked! Your policy is your policy - you dont need my business. Fortunately I secured another Maui appliance company for service they will get paid in full for. Mahalo

After stopping at Lowes, Home Depot, and Sears unsuccessfully with poor customer service, Alex from Sears appliance dept recommended Appliance Service Co on Lalo St. to save time on having to wait to ship a small part I needed. Susan was friendly from the moment I walked in, knowledgeable about the brands as well as about what I needed and found me multiple options for the part I needed in stock so I could get my dryer fixed same day.
