Chile, you would be better off spending your money elsewhere. I got a manicure pedicure and the lady barely scrubbed my feet. And I don’t have much calus. Then I added acrylics. I had to wait because if I told them I want a mani pedi and fake nails, they wouldn’t had put effort into the manicure. My nails look a mess. They are so thick and square. They told me they charge extra for coffin shape. I have been charged extra for coffin shape. The only thing positive is the prices. But even then, spend your money elsewhere.

I came here for a mani/pedi and the lady who worked on me did a very poor job, she even cut my fingers and made me bleed twice while working on my cuticles - and the rude woman at the front desk came to take payment from me while the other lady was still working on my nails! (And wiping the blood from my fingers). As if she knew the service was poor and wanted to make sure I paid instead of walking out like I should have done. You can tell all they care about is getting their money - not about providing good service. The manicure itself was sloppy work, and chipped off in a few days. Not worth the money. I could’ve done a better job at home. If I could give zero stars I would. Never coming back here again.

My first time today, loved it! Quick, without sacrificing quality. Had a no chip manicure done. Not at5 stars yet because location needs a major makeover.

I tried to give this place a chance because they do decent work but this shop is too dirty for me. It was flies everywhere and thats not ok. With everything going on with Covid 19 its a shame to have your business look this way. I wont be back.

Came here for years & then there was new owners. They jacked prices up, Does a HORRIBLE job. Especially the guy!!! My nails all cracked in HALF less than a week. They put soooo much nail polish to the point they don’t even dry right and then your messing your nails up. 🤦🏻‍♀️I’ve gotten to the point where I’m just fed up and changed nail places. The people are ignorant and sit there and talk about you if they disagree with something your saying. Just unreal!!!

Prices are great, salon could use an upgrade or at least a good cleaning/painting. The quality of services is good though, and I do believe sanity measures are taken.

Stay away from this place! The guy ripped half my nail off because he was in such a hurry and then wanted to cover it with another tip! Like really I am not looking to get an infection. Very disappointed walked out with my nails looking horrible because I wouldnt even let him finish.

I would come here every week to get my nails done also told my girls too about it always spent my money here but when u spend ur money and feel unwanted and when u walk in they say 5 hours to get your nails done when there no one in the store that’s ridiculous I wonder where the owner is because he is losing mad business The lady in the front and her husband are the most rudest people I’ve ever met in my life like they never want to do your nails I always tip I never talk I always respect and they still give me attitude They need to respect their customers more no wonder why they have really bad reviews I will never in my life come back to this location ever again And I don’t even sit and complain about other places but when they tell you five hours to get your nails done when there’s no one in there that is just ridiculous

Me and my wife has been coming here for our manicure and pedicures and we have brought family members to there establishment. So I love the place.

They always do a great job when I go. I get waxes, pedicures, manicures, no chip manicures.. Never disappoints. No chip really lasts longer than two weeks 💅🙆

Would give 0 stars if possible. The girl that sits in the front is rude. She did my feet one time and when i tried to tell her that it wasn’t right she blamed my feet, my daughter ended up with a infection on her finger when she did her nails. The last time we came she told me that we could go somewhere else because I am too picky. Gladly! Went to the Nail Care on 87th and Harlem by Tony’s and they were so sweet and nice only paid 4 dollars more. I will pay more for customer service, no infections and done correctly.

The staff here is very rude, and it felt like they were rushing. The service was not great overall. I would not recommend people to go here.

The lady at the front isnt the most welcoming Ive ever met. For what I wanted they did a good job. I got a simple nail polish with a nude tone. They had a good enough nail polish collection. The tec didnt leave any bubbles on my nails. Its less expensive than other places that dont do as good of a job. Decent, Id recommend to someone else but Im not wowed

I got my daughter n my nails done Sept 5 n Sept 7 my daughter lost 2 nails then on Monday the 9th I lost a nail. When I called Tues to let them know he was snobbing. No good I DONT recommend them.

I have gone here twice, and each time I asked for almond nails. The first time they were ok, but the second time was ridiculous. The nails I have on my hands right now dont look like nails. I have look at each nail more than once to find out that none of them are even centered. They are all lop sided and when I left, she let me walk out the door with the gel solution on my hands. I do not recommend this place if you want almond nails because they totally screwed me over. The paint job was also very sloppy and made the nail lumpy. I dont even make my nails lumpy when I paint them and I suck at painting my nails. Just bottom line, please dont go if you want your nails to look presentable. Also, when I was drying my nails, one of the employees (the lady who did my crappy nails) broke a bottle of nail polish and I never saw her clean it up...

Horrible experience. Burnt my legs from the pedicure the water was extremely hot. They messed up on my nails more than once and had to redo them. Very unorganized and has multiple people switch off. I was in there for over two hours.

I apparently had a new guy this time. He didnt seem to have a lot of experience. Usually this place does a good job, but this time I wasnt impressed.

Walked in for a fill in-on a Saturday! Was taken almost immediately and was very pleased with the work they did My nails look great-will definitely go back!

If I could give no stars, I would. My mother and I used to come here every month. Last week was my last time I will ever go there which sucks because its a block away from my house. Its very dirty inside. My mom hasnt been getting her feet done there because she got infections on her feet. The reason I will not go there is because they talked about me in their language. I was ready to snap, but I just said ef it and I just wont come back next time. They were never like this. Always nice. But I believe that since theyre pretty much the only nail salon in the Justice area, they dont give a sh** how they treat you because youll come back since you live in Justice and its convenient. Also, my mom and another lady told me that they dared to complain about how much people tip to the customers, right to their faces!!!! The last couple times I went I tipped $2. Now usually, I tip $5, but their pedis seem to get shorter every time I come. Last week I gave the lady $2 and she complained in her language! Why? Because they talked smack about me in their language, for one, for two if she could, shed cut my feet with the instrument that she was using to remove my calluses and last but not least, it was the shortest and theeee worsest freaking pedicure I have ever gotten at that place. So I am done, even if I have to go back to Burbank and pay a couple dollars more I will do so!! And Im surprised there isnt more negative comments about this place. Oh and also they one day closed at 6:30 (suppose to be open till 8 on weekdays) and they told a customer they dont feel like taking customers in so theyre closed...lmfao where they do that at?! Once I walked in and Tonys (the owners sons) wife looked at me all nasty saying what you want! Ummmm I said a pedicure shes like we busy, you make appointment next time! TF?!!! I was stunned!! I said Ill wait because I live a block away and its fine. If its appointment only why the fu** does it say *walk ins welcome*!!?!! Foh....Im straaaaight!!!!!! Yall can go to this nasty infected place with some Chinese bi**h that has a stomach down to her knees yet skinny that talks the most sh** by the way, when she should really look at herself!! And If I decide to go again just cuz I know they check this site for comments...Ill snap if my pedi isnt longer than 30 min and they talking smack because I aint the one honey!

I have been going to this nail shop for about 4 years. Tony is awesome he actually is very personable, and nice to his customers. His mom however is rude as hell. I spend alot of money with them and she is so rude!! Unfortunately she will continue to lose business based on those actions. She really needs to let Tony have this shop!! I am now on the hunt for a new shop I wont spend another dime in her shop Period!!

Went to this place for the very first time today, the price was good but the service wasnt all that. The older lady with glasses did my nails and rushed thru it, she didnt do a good coat. Also left my sides unpainted. The man who works there did a nice job on my sis, ill goo to him next time.

I had no-chip done, they did a great job and not expensive only $25. Place is out dated and dirty. Staff not friendly.Mix feelings towards this place.
