Just a follow up, to give a fair warning. All the one stars reviews are true. This trailer park is all bout gang and prison culture. So if you move here most likely someone will try to ask to maw your lawn to find a way to break in your trailer or you might get threaten for your parking space. Maintenance are ok but work at a slow paces due to low payment. The process of canceling my lease was easy due to I went thru cooperate not the office. Staff in the office can be obnoxious and entitled because they’re living in the trailer park, also the four star reviews are from the workers that live in the park.

I am currently fighting to keep my lot. In April I had an issue with a Sterling employee i called the police and ever since then Sterling has been harassing me. I am now in court fighting to stay for the last year of my lease. I would not recommend to anyone to bring ur business here or to move here. Our gates dont work there is no security system for the community. The office feels like shaming and embarrassing their residents is ok. If you do have a problem with the staff u wont get help u will get harassed. I was excited when we first bought but now I am extremely sad and hurt. Not.ome person is still here except for the office manager. Adriana líes to the residents and to the office it is very sad what is happening. Corporate will never call you back. I have e been waiting since April. Please think twice before coming here

I absolutely love my home, Ive lived here for almost a year and its a quite, friendly neighborhood. Its affordable and the staff is very good about meeting our needs. Highly recommend this place.

Ive read all the reviews yet still gave them a chance. 1st red flag sent all my docs in, texted and emailed and yesterday I get a text that Lorraine is going on vacation. 2nd red flag, So the buck was passed to Randy who doesnt know anything but I found out today I may have been approved. I see I should reconsider area East is the worst end Ive heard and most definitely avoid the park area. Left with a bad taste in my mouth regarding professionalism.

Super happy with my experience here. Just closed on my property with my husband. Carol was such a help from start to finish. I have already sent several friends over and soon we will be neighbors....... Now almost a year later and its horribleWhen we first bought I was beyond excited and happy. Now we are been targeted because I reported the misconduct of one of their employees. Now I am being forced into court because I said I have every right to defend myself if anyone comes into my personal space because their employee made me feel unsafe and made threats towards me. I filed a report with the police and all. This started in April of this year and now in July they want to take me to court because of my statement. Yet in the same paragraph in our lease and rental agreement with the park almost every neighbor is in violation and yet no one is being forced out but us..... I now have to seek legal counsel so we dont lose our home and are forced out of the community. The regional manager George was of no help at all he said because my voice is loud that I made an employee scared and for that he will hold up the paperwork and take me to court to get me out. I am livid since moving into this park I have helped several people buy and close here and I am truly regretting it. We pay to live in a gated community that isnt gated. There is no security system within the park to help keep us safe our water isnt safe to drink without boiling it this is nuts. Please if anyone can help us please reach out

The traffic is horrible it takes 30 minutes to get to your home and causes a hazard at the frontage road light for the back up . They also have horrible pot holes lack of staff and if you need anything done in your home to be fixed expect months wait. Very poorly managed do not recommend .

I being living here for a year but I think I made a mistake moving here Rent is A lot they make sure u always have ur letter saying rent is due but when you have a complaint no one answer a lot of pot holes problems with the water all the time. And WINTER TIME THEY DONT CLEAN THE SNOW THE TRUCKS THEY SEND TO CLEAN THEY DONT DO IT THEY PARK ON THE MAIL CENTER AND THEY DONT DO IT..!!

Its allot of money, and its hard to get things fixed right. Ive had our front door fixed several times. It still lets light and air thru, I gave up. Weve fixed several things ourselves because it was easier than waiting.Weve also had several things stolen from our yard. Most recently someone tried to steal our patio table and left it broken in the street. So were getting a camera system. Id recommend you get one if youre going to move in here. Our friend had her back window broken out of her car also.The kids here are also mean, my son has had issues since the week we moved in. They move in groups and attack that way also. Calling the office security does nothing, and I hate calling the cops on kids, talking to the parents only helps in some cases.We moved in because we could afford it, we stay because its what we can afford and keep our son in his school. Otherwise wed move.

The people that live here,😳 Loud mouth heathens.I’m not saying everybody, but for the most part people are rude, they have no control over their children. It’s a lot of hostility if you are not one of ((THEM)). Might not be here a 3rd year,Lower LOWER Class environment. Im paying what is considered a mortgage for a house. They make you cut the weeds that are around your place. I say weeds because its more weeds than grass. Thats and extra $80 a month. Not to mention I woke up this morning took at look outside……..my car was towed. Claiming illegal parking🤨😳Bih i live here. No notice, no warning. Just gone. So thats an extra $300+ to go get my vehicle back. The parking i have you cant even open your door to get out, if you a passenger they hwve to get out and wait till you park or even worse they have to go in before you park because its too tight to get past the car.If you work hard and want a good place to live this isnt it. To many negatives.Spend your money where it will count. My patience is getting smaller and smaller here. Lease up up soon. Id rather own a home than pay to live in this place. I tried

Love is a very strong word but I live here currently and I can honestly say I do like it, I wouldn’t sit here and feed false statements to anyone and say I love where I’m living because there’s pros and cons to a lot living here. My mother has been living here for 3 years now and she constantly gets harassed by some particular Guy who thinks he runs everything or acts like he’s in charge of everything. When my mother first moved in it was just a couple fixer ups, so we thought . For 3 years the house we live in now had broken pipes that weren’t fully prepared before we moved in, toxic gas from the water heater was spreading through my mothers room and bathroom which could’ve potentially put my mother in the hospital because she has bronchitis and High blood pressure issues. That has been took care of and so has every other problem we’ve had since moving into here. I had called 2 weeks ago about speaking to the boss and still have yet to get a call back, it’s the little things that turn into big things. Over all my honest opinion is I like it here just wish staff in the front office would be more kind to my mother and actually assist us when it’s needed .

My mom live here and it was horrible and everyday I would tell my mom to sell and move. Management and staff were always nasty. I went in the office not to long ago upset and I noticed a difference with some staff they seem happier and I was told there is new management. To see the old manger was always impossible never had time nor cared. I asked is I can set an appointment with the new person thinking I was going to be told see will get back to you and to my surprise she came out even invited us to her office. She is so pleasant, easy to talk to, willing to listen and help but most importantly she was honest. She told me I cant promise your mom but I Will find and answer. Throughout everything that is happening she made it a point to call and let us know the issues were going to be taken care of and they were. We can always see changes in the community like the pot holes being filled. I am more at ease to know that there is someone such as Bianca that cares for my mom and the community.

Although Im new here, I absolutely love it! The staff is very kind Carol and Vianca both are very helpful when ever needed, the Maintenance staff are quick to respond and fixing the issue at hand. I would Highly recommend this community for a safe and loving place to raise your family.

I have been living in Sterling estates for about 4 years now and Its OK hear my neighbors are decent they are fun to hang out with we get along but there are some problems I have with the park one They cant fix the streets correctly The rent is too high for the land and you are not allowed to have any type of fun when I 1st moved in they told us we are allowed to have fires so Ive been having fire for about 4 years And for some reason we are not allowed to have them no more and i have always had my fires in a closed in mobile fire pit were not allowed to have trampolines so where these kids supposed to do sit here in play in that park where Ive heard they found needles drugs knives I dont even take my son to that park I have talked to Cook County police many of times that have rolled through here and they have told me every time they see us that we are being safe and we are using the right fire pit We ask them if we are doing the fire safe and they have always told us yes they say its in a closed in mobile fire pit that is my mostly complaint about this place. And they have also put letters on my house saying for me to take stuff down off my house that I own which we dont because its my house I own it yes its under property I understand that part and I also got a note from them telling me to organize my deck when I only had a swing And AA hand made swing them a husband made and of course I did not listen to them once again And I got another note from them saying for me to take my sheets out of my windows which I dont have sheets I have curtains because I have 3 cats and Ive done the blinds and all my cats did was ruin them so I stuck with curtains So this place is getting ridiculous but Im mostly mad that we cannot sit outside and enjoy ourselves by a nice roaring fire because these people dont have the understanding of of a certain fund that some people like to have so heres my question what are we supposed to do honor summers now

The workman that came replace the O ring on my toilet BROKE my toilet seat didnt say anything and I fell I had cantaloupe size bruise on my outer thigh!. AC barely blowing when we need it, so that repair not done right. Then he was supposed to check the floor in the LR because its soft in one area. He bounced on and left. Then we got NO notification of a rent and water increase on our bill! no warning nothing - 30 day notice required by law. We are on SS We have paid on time 99% of the 5 yrs we have been here and only when I was waiting for my SS. ITf you want renters to move out then talk to us as human beings.

This place is AWFUL!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They never plow the streets when it snows. Everyone is rude. The Security is a joke. They are even more useless. If you have a family, I STRONGLY advise Not to move in here. Kids play in the streets without any supervision. Very dangerous. Zero stars, if possible.

If I could give this place a negative I would. The main person (Carol) is great. She helps as much as she can. Unfortunately upper management keeps her in the dark about a lot. Me and my husband went to apply for a rental a while back, and was denied due to credit history. Due to student loans, our credit is not in the best shape. Ever since corporate took over the application process, it is a pain to get any answers. Me and my husband make more than enough money to afford the rent. I guess the pay checks do not mean a thing to them. Everyone has made mistakes. I am fixing mine now and just wanted a chance. I have known people who lived there just a year ago, that were approved with a worst credit history than me. The denial I understood. What I did not appreciate is that I called the corporate office at least 10 times and left messages either on the voicemail or with a secretary that said I would get a call back. I never did. The one and only time someone emailed me back, it was the regional manager who told me to give him a call with any questions I had. I wanted to know what the exact requirements for rental are. I have two small kids and I need a home for them very soon as our last place is being sold. I gave the regional manager a call, and had to leave another voicemail, and emailed him back when he did not answer. That was the last I heard from him. When I ask Carol the exact requirements ( i.e exact credit score needed and monthly income wanted) she does not know the specifics. Is it really that hard to call someone back or at least email them? If they cant even give a potential resident a call back, what makes me think they will solve any problems i were to have in the future?

Been here over a year the only issue is that parents dont parent, but have never had a major problem. I pay my rent on time. I like my neighbors and never have issues at the office. - What we moved from was mold and drug infested and I like my my house. Just like anywhere follow the rules, pay rent on time and all is good

Beautiful wooded area. community activities keep neighbors close knit. very good manager of park named carol. really great place to live. quiet at nite. the place is a real community with fun activities...not just rows of trailers squeezed together...like other parks

They over charge a lot of money, they always go up on rent, they never fix things when you ask them to be fixed. Its a snow storm and they don’t even plow the snow that’s in the street they just let it sit there so everyone in sterling is stuck inside when everyone outside of here’s street is fine and shoveled. This is a terrible place to live I would not recommend it to anyone at all there are better places you can find for a cheaper price.

Place is horrible. We were sold a trailer almost 10 years ago that never should have been sold. Park wouldnt buy it back due to new owners. There is mold everywhere floors are falling apart ceiling is leaking. All of this started the 1st year we were here. I spoke with the community manager and she is trying to help us with the water pipes but they still have not been fixed yet. Maintenance wont contact us and they come and leave without saying a word. We have water spraying underneath and cant get maintenance over here to turn off the water. Some contact would be nice. I am paying the rent but cant even stay here with no water and no heat. Please help. The best thing about Sterling Estates is that the carla is trying to help us.

YOU CAN REPORT SOMETHING IN JANUARY AND THEY WONT FIX IT TIL SEPTEMBER. WATER IS CUT OFF AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. YOU HAVE TO BOIL YOUR WATER AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH.

Ive never in my life dealt with such ignorant people. 4 days without any water. A woman that works in the office name Melissa just keeps telling us that the plumbers will be out today and then they never show up I have young children in this house and we have to go without water I do not have any close family or friends to take showers at nor to get a bucket of water. My trailer smells disgusting because you cannot flush the toilets. Come to find out they have two workers working on all these trailers with frozen pipes. Do not move to Sterling estate. This is the worst mistake Ive ever made in my entire life. All they care about is getting their rent but will not do the work that they that are responsible for. Ive lived here since March and out of the 10 things that they were supposed to fix only two has been done. I would even give this place a star. They will say that they put in work orders for things to be fixed but then it never gets fixed. That Melissa woman yelled at my eight year old son for no reason and told him he is not to be sitting on his own stairs. They will bang on your door like they are the cops with absolutely no respect for the customer. They have absolutely no respect for themselves let alone anybody else. Mark my words one day this place will be shut down and it will be the fault of the people who run the office. All I want in life is a damn stove and fridge that works and stairs that are not falling apart. Really I am such a bad person according to management here that refuse to give me one for months.

Employees are rude, no respect for residents. I have good neighbors, no complain. It takes days to Plow the snow, just leave the park streets are clean. Main street no problem, I no longer walk to get my mail I slipped a couple of times. When I went to the office, I was told the sun with the sand salt they throw will melt the snow 🙄. They promise something, never happens, I have been waiting since before I move in to have my driveway concrete fixed, I dont own the land, plus it was cracked before I even saw the home the first time. Too sad I love my home and neighbors.Not to mention that management raised the late fee from $25.00 after the 5th the month to $700.00 after the 5th of the month plus attorney fees... only 5 days late. Dont even think on getting sick or having an emergency before the end of the month. Feel bad, wish I could stay .... not move, but for that money pay a mortgage in a better place, I OWN, and can make it nice...

Home . Have lived here for about 4 years and this place is not bad considering. This is home to me. The community is pretty quiet and it is close to everything. If you buy your unit then you are responsible for the lot fees which is equivalent to rent. But here you can do as you please and have pets if you choose to. You dont have to consider other tenants because the homes are individual living quarters. Maintenance staff may be undermanned considering how many units in the park but overall a nice place to live.

Since the new Manager things have improved they ttry to plow snow sometimes and forget salting especially in the the back of the park.worst is they cut security but overall they are doing better services like plumbers HVAC are all faster than before.Keep it up reviews might get better.

I drove through to check the place out. Kids wandering around probably around 8 to 12 years old. Beat up streets. A whole bunch of empty lots, then come to find out that monthly lot rent (just the lot not the the trailer and lot) is $860 a month!! Factor in cost of a trailer if you get a nice one and bam, youre at the same price you would be paying for a mortgage on a home and LAND you OWN!! This is supposed to be a cheaper alternative to a house not the same as and in some cases more expensive. Im literally shaking my head as I write this. I cant seem to understand why anyone would go this route. It truly boggles my mind.

If you like a really high lot rent and lack of services this is place for you. My wife was attacked and the police and park management did nothing. There are a bunch of kids running wild with no supervision. My kids cant go to the overcrowded park due to adults locking the gate so they can be lazy and not watch their kids. Lies about 24HR security, Clubhouse and community pool,well I guess I should have listened when people told me not to move here.

Completely horrible place! If you enjoy crime, gangs, and vacant Trailers/lots, this is the place for you! Ive lived here for 20 years until fire destroyed my home. One fire hydrant on the whole block, WHAT A SURPRISE! Im beyond thrilled to finally be out of this horrible Mobile home court! The playground is in a dangerous place where vehicles frequent, the staff is rude, this is pretty much hell. I would only recommended this place to Donald Trump and no one else. Its that bad.

I lived here over 2 years ago got kicked out and settled everything in court. now just a few months ago they charge me with some bs on my credit. I already had to dispute a charge from them once and they did it again while I am looking to buy a house.

Ive been here for almost 5 years. Ive seen management come and go. People complain of this place, my only complaint is they keep letting more and more trash in. If they screened the people better we wouldnt have so many issues. Most parents in here just let their kids go and do whatever to all hours of the night. Seems like more and more kids are moving in here and they are more the issue because the parents dont care. The homes are nice for a great price. Let me see someone post a 1500 sqft home for rent at 1100 a month.

Tons of stray cats, Ive contacted the desk person they say to call animal control. Absolutely disgusting. Streets are full of potholes. If you need something fixed you’ll be waiting for months. Not even worthy of a 1 star review. You can’t get help from them to upkeep the house they only care about that rent money!

I have lived in the park for 7 years, and we have nothing but problems. Every summer we spend money for nice flowers, and every summer this park allows their landscapers to come in and cut down all our nice flowers. All they have to say in the office is, “I’m sorry.” It’s just not good enough. This park has just gone down. My husband and I are so over it. We pay almost $1200 a month for our home, and for our home it be vandalized in such a manner by the park is very upsetting. There are nicer parks that are cheaper; look there, not here.

Lololol.. Dont move here!!! The whole place is a fraud. The management is a joke. They will not return calls. Ive been leaving messages, with the call screeners aka front desk receptionists, the messages are either not getting passed along or just not being returned. For months there has not been a community manager. A regional manager shows up occasionally. Im always told hes out of town when I call. The water running, has gotten a little better in the last few months. No shut offs. They are your water provider not west suburban. Repairs were made by our provider. So fingers crossed they last thru winter. They did fix the majority of the holes in the street. BUT, the holes were our speed bumps. So now, some clowns are doing 40mph with a 10mph limit..And if you like kids, and want to continue to like kids, then stay away.. This Circus and the Ring Masters here, will change your outlook of everything completely.. Hopefully not forever.. If you do choose to move here, you should label everything. Kid have bike?, boldly engrave a marking on every piece of that bike.. Cute Flower pot, engrave that too.. Along with your rake, grills, shovels tables, chairs.. Take a picture of everything you own.. No fences allowed. So build a large deck with a gate on it.. And make sure your windows lock..

Visited family on a Friday night, seems like a good neighborhood noticed some young girls walking together everyone seemed safe.

This is the worst park to live in. I have been here 4 years and every year they are introducing more bs rules. There are way better parks close by that don’t charge an arm and a leg just for lot rent. They say there is security and all it is is a rent a cop in a marked security car that “works the weekends and if you ever need to find them they are just sitting somewhere hiding or even smoking weed. The “gates” are just pieces of 2x2 that are ran through every weekend lol on the days “security” is working. They fix absolutely nothing in the park and you better own a snow blower because they don’t know how to plow the streets leaving mounds in front of your driveway and stil 3-5 inches on the street. If I didn’t own my home I would have been gone within the first 2 years. If you have any questions about anything else please feel free to msg me. Do not get trapped in here.

My family and I moved in in august 2015. We were told a central air conditioning until would be installed with in a week... it is now April 2016, and still no air. When our heat went out in the winter, they didnt fix it until I called the news to come see my freezing house with no running water with my 2 Special needs babies living here! Any time I try to get an answer about why my garbage hasnt been taken out in 2 weeks, they either hang up on me, or play like they are out of the office, tho I seen their car as I waswalking in. Once you move in, they treat you like garbage!!!! Great school system for the young ones tho. Dont let your kids go to the park by themselves tho. But thats pretty much everywhere you live now a days.

I lived here since April an was told before i even moved in the skirting on my house would be fixed an its now October an the skirting is still not fixed i have cats an racoons going under my house. My house is starting to smell like cats from who knows what there doing under there spraying using the bathroom an i pay over 1300 a month to live like this.Hell no Ive spoken to managers an the regional manager George an was told it would be fixed.I call ever month since April. Still nothing. Now I will be going farther this is ridiculous me an my children have to live like this the disgusting smell of cats in our home.Being woken up a 3am because it sound like they were chewing thru my floor. I should not have to live like this an im calling the city to see what i can do what rights i have as a renter.Something needs to be done. There getting all the skirting on these new houses up.

We have been currently been living here for about 9months and 3 months ago a tree fell on our house and caused roof damage. The cause was due to dead trees behind the property. We have filed a complaint way before to cut down the trees as well as the neighbors around us. But never got around to it they came to cut down the trees about a week later after the worst already happened. They gave us no conpensation to fix the roof damages and leak from the roof when it rains also an indent in the wall and a broken window. Sterling estates doesnt care for their residency its all just for profit.

My family and I moved in back in April. Its been hell ever since.. They promised us new windows to be installed.. they were boarded up when we went to look at the home and the lady that sold us the home said that we just had to take the boards off and there would be Windows there.. When we did that we found NO windows and one of them was all broken and it looks like theres actually a bullet hole going through it.. Ive complained about these windows MANY MANY times. Nothing has been done yet and every time I call to ask whats going on with the windows they act like its the first time they hear about it.. Water gets in whenever it rains.. Whenever someone showers the bath tub leaks onto the floor.. The back of the home now smells musty and humid Im sure theres mold back there now due to the water leaking. Theres a hole in the ceiling that just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Im actually shocked that they even put this home up for sale when its clearly not in good living conditions. The kitchen sick clogged the first week we moved in even though the lady that sold us this home mentioned a few times that the home has brand new pluming.. How? The bathroom and master room doors wont even close shut.. The windows in the smaller room (my sons room) doesnt even close.. I had to place plastic on the window to block the heat and bugs from getting in. Carol said they placed new floors under the carpets but when you walk on it the floors creek loudly.. I have to avoid walking in certain spots just so it doesnt make the loud noise. Im 32 weeks pregnant and my two year old son is autistic and has other special needs. I have many therapist coming in and out every single week and its embarrassing to have them in my home because it smells so musty in here.. Its unbelievable how little the management cares for the safety of their residents. I talked to carol about this over two weeks ago and she said she wrote a report (something Ive been told by Carol and a few other people there) for the repairs to be done but nothing has been done yet.. Where do they put these reports? Probably never even wrote them in the first place. Carol said that the workers are really busy.. (Sure Ill just sit in the home and breathe in all this mold and put myself my family and my unborn child in danger) I see the maintenance people fixing up other homes to be sold.. Why not take care of your actual residents first? Ive noticed these people just lie and make fake promises to get you to move in. At first everyones super nice and helpful but as soon as you sign that contract they all act different and make you feel bad about complaining. Whats the point of a background check anyways when they just let anyone move it? People keep crashing into the security bars in the entrance.. (Reckless drivers) All they do is keep on replacing them. The kids are running wild in the streets they dont even move out of the way when youre trying to drive past them, the neighborhoods just stare and glare as we pass by. If I could give no stars I would.

Every weekend its party, party,for our neighbors behind us or neighbor up Sterling East from us. We have been here over 10 yrs. We are grandparents who still work 6 days a week. We would enjoy our family time on Saturday night and Sundays to be silent. You pride yourself on be safety and family values. This place is full of punks.We cant drive down most of the park ways without the punks giving us attitude for being in their way. These are the teens that dont pay your $975.00 rent. This is just crazy how I see 5 yr. olds riding their bikes up to the little store to buy things for breakfast. You lazy tramp! Its your responsibility !! Trash!!!Go to Zemon Homes or buye a town house!! They have let this place go to trash!! No neighbor respect. Its 11:30 pm. I have been up since 4:30AmAnd since our grandkids are here I will sleep with both ears open and an eye. Grandson still awake telling me ots time to party. You hear it, right Paw?

Some trailers are nice. Others need updating

I have lived here for about 3 months now and i know some people had some really nasty things to say about this place but i have notice alot of them mention a swimming pool here and there is not one. Sterling Estates is thus far a pretty cool place to live. I purchased my house and i LOVE it! It does have some pot holes but what part of Chicago, dont. It does have 24 security, sheriffs patrol, which is great for me and my family. It does have a park and it always clean when i go there...no needles, drug wrappers, razors of any type, which you see in other parks in Chicago. I dont see or hear GUN SHOTS, or DEAD people laying around. Occassionally, you will hear loud music but most from cars driving past your home. Its very quite here almost makes me feel like I am in the country. About the lot rent..many say its high but i dont think so. I lived in a motel for 9 months with my family and i will tell you i dont in the LEAST mind paying what they are asking considering NOW i get to do things with my family living here then at the motel i stayed at because we never had the money to go anywhere because paying weekly. The LOT RENT is cheaper then the other places i have looked. Plus its is a GATED COMMUNITY!!!For anyone that reads this and does want to live here....say Shannon Nix ...sent you! God Bless and BE WISE! Not everyone is out to bs you. Sterling Estates really is a NICE AND SAFE PLACE TO LIVE, my opinion only no one elses. Thanks!

Would love relocate there

Personal information was given about me... very unprofessional! ! Rude office workers.. drove thru the park in the evening ppl drinking outside, cops on two different streets, a tow truck, and some drunk yelling about trailor trash!! If your a drug lord looking for business this is the place for you!

I have been here for five months and they have not put it fence up I have taken pictures show it to them nothing at all has been did my yard looks like a dupe sight I cant invite anyone over have not enjoyed any days outside period and I have written and took pictures called and went to the office but nothing has been done

VERY UPSET WITH THIS PLACE THEY DONT TELL YOU THE WATER BILL IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT AND THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED.I KEPT GIVING THEM LISTS AND ONLY 3 THINGS GOT REPAIRED. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. I DONT RECOMMEND MOVING THERE.

I dont care very much for this trailer park. Its not that great of an environment, I dont think its greatly ran either. Just my personal opinion.

They charge two much for their estates and their entrance security dont work the money you pay for the property the trailer is on you could put down on a house and still be ahead

This place is terrible, I lived there for 15 years and hated every bit of it. Gun shots, gang members, houses being set on fire, water being shut off for days, if you can think of it, it has probably happened. I tried and raised my kids here, things didnt turn out as planned, i took my kids elsewhere because the playground was burned down, potholes everywhere. I WOULD NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

Low income area. Was there as a subcontractor. They are upgrading, but it takes time and money
