Hunter and the staff at 60 Minute Photo were incredibly helpful, friendly and walked me through the process to get exactly what I needed out of my prints. You do not get this type of care buying online or from the larger print shops. I will be going back here for all my future prints. I was very happy with the service and prints I received here. I never do reviews but I felt compelled to write this one! I had a couple one-of-a-kind cassette tapes with terrible noise & clicking over the songs. I wanted them transferred to CDs so I’ll have the memories before the tapes became too far in age to save.I bought a converter program and did everything to try and remove the noise, but it did nothing. I finally found this place and they were able to remove ALL the horrible sounds and make it sound so clear! You have no idea how much those tapes meant to me and my family, I’m so thankful!Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful! Definitely returning if I need more cassettes done!Thank you!!

Ok so I went there one time and I didn’t know that something like that was going to happen. My purpose was to get a passport photo. I told the guy that I want the background of the photo white and he said sure. He took of my ID photos and showed it to me if they look fine. I said the background was not even grey. It was green/blue. And he said that ok I don’t want to help you anymore, it is what it is. What type of person talks to his customers like that. He was extremely rude and not helpful at all. If you people want to get a good service please don’t go to this place and don’t waste your money and time.

I called them a week before Christmas to get a large canvas print done for a present. They were so nice and professional and even got my large print to me 3 days prior to the date I asked for if to be done. My sister cried when she opened it ❤️. I will only go here from now on!

This is one of the most disorganized companies that I have ever dealt with. I paid for over $100.00 in reproductions and when I arrived for pick up there were other peoples pictures in my folder and they could not locate my originals. Finally got through that and I was missing 1 photo of my mother in laws cat. When I called them they found it in another folder 3 days later so I asked to have a total of 3 copies made. I called a week later to pick up and she could not find it anywhere. Then she located after talking to the original gentleman that I spoke to she located that photo and no copies have been made and proceeded to ask me what I wanted and I stated the same thing that I asked for a week ago. I do not understand why they are so disorganized and lack communication with each other.

They have everything for consumer to pro photographers. Beautiful work!💯

Jupiter store is awesome! Had a project in mind for acrylic photos for the boat but was unsure of how to achieve what we wanted. After talking with Jessica we left feeling very confident! They far exceeded my expectations and delivered exactly what we had invisioned. The end result was nothing short of amazing! They customer service and professionalism was immeasurable and I would highly suggest you go here first. And, I had to get my photos retouched 60 days later and they did the word gratis! Ive had several of my photos printed on canvas at this Jupiter location. They are always stunning and quick to finish my orders. The staff is very friendly and Jessica does amazing work editing my photos, creating my custom Christmas cards, personal demands and she was very understanding & patient with me!

If possible avoid this place. Poor customer care. I saw employees displaying irritation. Of course my experience happened a while ago. I appreciated the owner come back with an apology. This small business may have improved a lot now. All the best.

Hunter is awesome, I went there to do my Model composites and he knew what to do, good customer service, sent proofs followed up by calling and made changes until it was perfect. Very pleased with Jupiter location.

Jessica was outstanding in blending my slideshow to my song of choice. It brought tears to many eyes. In my opinion, the cost was minimal compared to the quality of work. I had the pleasure of working with Andrea directly in preparing my slideshow; her patience and guidance was a Godsend!

It is not easy to find a store specializing in photography that combines a genuine interest in the what the customer needs or thinks they need with the skills and professionalism to execute the work on time at a reasonable cost.The shops expert with photoshop and graphic design is named Jessica. Whether designing a booklet, inserting a person into a picture, removing a feature, selecting colors or just making a picture look better, she listens, creatively suggests options and executes the necessary work with great care and on schedule. She is brilliant and very worth a visit for any photographic issue that you think might be helped by photoshop.One of her associates, Geoff who is mentioned with praise in another post, applies his significant photographic experience to almost any challenge dealing with cameras, printing and or photography. He is quiet and unassuming but very knowledgable and helpful.

The canvas art for my very special girl came out perfect. After 40 years in the business,the staff at this neighborhood photo lab know their profession, and the meaning of customer service.

They quoted me a reasonable price for a canvas and a photo restoration it came out amazing better than I expected done
