We couldn’t have asked for more… The host was awesome and more than accommodating from the minute we landed, until the time of check out. The house was clean, well kept and any questions we had, were answered immediately. We are already looking forward to coming back!

House is nice and large which we needed and is hard to find in this area.The backyard lovely for hanging out. Housekeeper is very responsive and helpful. Two things it needs are towel racks in baths and luggage racks for suitcases.

This is a nice place to stay when you travel in Florida. You have everything you need to feel at home on your journey. Very nice backyard with pool and planty of space to spend all day outside. Thank you to the maintanace.

We stayed here the first week of March 2019. Our family of six enjoyed this gem immensely! The house was immaculate and grounds are well appointed - your own piece of paradise. My favorite place is the pool with hot tub and gorgeous foliage - palm trees, flowering bougainvillea, you name it. All bedrooms were well sized and comfortable, the kitchen is huge, the sitting area relaxing. Cathie, the host, lives next door - she is as available as you could imagine, without being intrusive. Extremely kind, caring, and helpful - goes the extra mile to ensure you have a wonderful stay. She even spent time with my Mama, who couldnt attend baseball games with us. We had the best possible family vacation right up to Cathies goodbye hugs. I cant say enough great things about her or this villa!

Our family had a thoroughly enjoyable time at this lovely house. It was well equipped, clean, and a great layout for a large group. The caretaker/manager, Cathy, was wonderful. She saw to our needs, made sure the pool and spa were running properly and made us feel at home. The house was close to groceries and restaurants and within an easy 20 minute drive to the beach. Anyone who stays here will enjoy the place.

The house was perfect for 8 of us that came down for a convention in West Palm Beach. Cathie was the most hospitable host I have yet to encounter. The house was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the experience as well! All you need for a great vacation rental is there.

House is beautiful and very spacious. Family loved the outdoor areas and they were very well maintained. The caretaker, Cathy, is phenomenal. She is there to take care of everything and answer any questions within minutes. We would love to come back for our next family vacation!

This property was perfect for a golf weekend getaway. The property manager gave us great directions on how to use the electronics and was very responsive leading up to and throughout our stay.

I was greeted at the front with a very warm welcome. The house is very beautiful and kept nicely. It’s very private and secluded, with a nice pool, jacuzzi, grill, huge kitchen and so much more! We really enjoyed our host and our home.

Fantastic vacation rental. All the amenties in the house made our stay that much more enjoyable. The landscaping on such a large piece of property, is beautiful especially around the pool area, plus with the big yard, it gave the kids a chance to play baseball. The property manager is very attentive and thoughtful. Great stay!

Our family has rented various homes over the past few years and this was the BEST! It was obvious how much nicer this place was from the moment you pull into the driveway to the moment you pull away for home.Cathys hospitality is a big part of what makes the place so nice! This was our 4th stay at the property and it was great as always.

We just got back from a week stay at this rental, and it was FABULOUS! Heated pool and hottub (with temps you control, a very high-tech house!), outdoor tv and plenty of dining and lounge furniture. Inside, massive kitchen with all the amenities, and if you ever need anything, the caretaker Cathie lives next door and is a doll! The first day, the Weber grill was flaring up with whatever the previous renter had grilled, and she cleaned it within the hour of me telling her about it. Offered great advice as to what beaches and parks to take the kids to. Excellent communication from owner. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay at this property and the 2nd time around was even better than the first. Terrific local property manager that is there for any issues that might come up is also a nice feature.
