He was very prompt and his follow up and communication are top notch.I had a huge stump that needed to be ground down and some holes dug out to accommodate a new fence.I called Clay, explained to him what I needed done, he knew exactly what to do.In an hour he had the monster stump reduced to shavings and the holes dug out.If you ever need a stump to be ground, Call Clay. I contacted Tree Services and they recommended Clay Pike, owner of Action Stump Grinding, Inc. I called and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday stump removal at a home in Jupiter Farms. The weather was rainy and wet all day so we called to see if he was going to be able to make it out and Clay still showed up and got the job done. We recommend his services.

Very unprofessional! I used him to stump grind my oak stump.He gave me a price that I thought was a little to much, but my tree trimmer recommended him. Not only did he not complete the job, but when I asked him to fix it, he wanted to charge me extra.I than called my tree trimmer letting him know about his horrible customer service.He offered to rent a stump grinder to fix it for me and finish the rest of my stumps for a cheaper price then the one stump I asked Clay to do.

Used him. Nice guy reasonable rate answered quickly. Would be five star... but he suggested to trim my live oak tree roots. I asked if it wouldn’t harm the tree and he said no so on the moment I said ok. But then I did the research and it was a mistake. Don’t let him talk you into doing that

He is extremely rude and disrespectful. I have done nothing but refer him to my past customers, only to hear nothing but negative reviews. Not only does he not clean up after grinding a stump, Clay over charges for work generally unfinished. There was a circumstance in which he never fully ground down the stump and when called to return, Clay charged the customer an extra 100$. The customer was already quoted a price for the full completion of the job which was never finished. If you want a decent service provided, look elsewhere!

Could not have been better. Clay Pike (the owner) called me early on a weekend because he heard that I wanted some stumps ground. To be fair, the company that cut down my trees did contact him, but I figured Id have to wait until Monday to get a hold of him. I didnt even have to call.He offered to come by the same day and arrived in under two hours. Clay Pike himself showed up, gave me an estimate, ground all seven stumps, and was done and gone within an hour. The work was good, and the gentleman was professional and friendly on top of that. I highly recommend this stump grinding company. No complaints.
