Heather was professional and accessible from the start. She was always quick to respond whether it was phone, email, or text. In a very limited and crazy market, she stuck with us for nearly a year. And to be clear, it took a year because of the market and my familys needs, not her. She made it as pleasant as it could be. She always had solutions, took initiative, and did her best in negotiations. Heather got us our new, perfect home, and for that will be like family to us!

She promised to tag several items for me as long as I promised I would pick them up, and I promised I would. I hired movers from Dania Beach to go to the site in North Palm Beach. She knew the movers were on there way, and I asked her not to let anybody take any of the things that were set aside for me. It wasnt until the movers arrived on site that they found out everything was gone. She knew items were going already when she talked to me on the phone, and she didnt tell me. I couldve at least told the movers to forget it so as to not waste their time and money or mine.Bottom line:. I kept my promise... She didnt!

Response to JD and her attack on Heather Towe.I was at the property when Heather was frantically trying to empty this whole house full of everything! This includes furniture, closets, garage,cabinets, attic etc. (Mind you, she did this out of the kindness of her heart to help the elderly people who had lived there.)I remember Heather being very upset because this lady (JD) was supposed to come and get a bunch of furniture and items that she had marked that she wanted. She was supposed to have come the day before and never showed and then said she was coming that day and still had not showed. Heather had no choice but to give the items to others who were there ready to take them away. It was a really big job to empty that large house. This happened over 2 months ago and now this lady has the nerve to say mean things about Heather. I only met Heather that day but I could see what a kind and helpful person she is and am now giving her my own house to sell.

If you are looking for a realtor that wont beat around the bush and tell you like it is, look no further...and sometimes as clients, we need to be put in our place! Heather is super knowledgeable and very hard working. You will not be disappointed at all! Buy or Sell she can do it all and do it with integrity!
