Ordered part online, 3 days later the part arrived. They had shipped the wrong one. I called expecting to go to a machine and spend the next hour or so having my blood pressure raised. NOT SO. Chris answered the phone, addressed the issue in as professional manner as I could hope for and is sending out the correct part at no charge. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a follow up email the next day from the person who made the error sincerely apologizing for the mistake. No run around, no excuses, no BS. I wish there were more people and companies like this one!!
