I rented a water slide bounce last year for my sons birthday, but due to Covid we had to postpone. Stephen, the owner was great in rescheduling a few times due to some issues and upgrading to a water slide. This was perfect to entertain a bunch of 12 year olds in my back yard & the easiest party Ive ever hosted. The guys were great in setting up and breaking down. This company is awesome! We had a party with mostly teenagers and a few younger kids. I let them know what I was looking for and they helped me pick the perfect obstacle course to keep everyone entertained. The communication with them is easy and they showed up exactly when they said they would. I was super impressed that they wiped down every square inch of the inflatable to sanitize it. The drop off and pick up crew were efficient and friendly. I highly recommend these guys!!

We rented a 2 lane water slide for our daughter’s birthday party. The crew arrived on time and showed me exactly how to control the water. They were very friendly and courteous. Prior to their arrival, I received a text message confirming that the crew was on their way. All the kids and adults enjoyed the slide. The crew also gave me notice when they were on their way to take down the slide. I am quite impressed with this company and plan on renting from them again for our next party.

We rented The Double Trouble water slide for my son & husbands combo birthday party. We have had the BEST time with it! The delivery guys were so efficient in setting it up and making sure its safe. The unit is extremely clean and easy to use! We had a few families over for small celebration and we couldnt decide if the kids had more fun or the parents! We went well over the planned 2 hour party window and the families stayed and played for FOUR HOURS! The kids never slowed down. Highly recommend this company and this unit! This crew did a fantastic job.! Due to the pandemic I couldn’t take my child anywhere for their birthday so I called JB and in very short notice they were able to get the perfect (clean) bounce house to my backyard to make my sons birthday that more special. The staff who did the drop off and pick up were very quick and informative. The process was seamless and I highly recommend JB.

Stephen and his staff have done an outstanding job at our events, they do a great job tailoring to our needs and making adjustments each year as our event grows. Jupiter Bounce made everything really easy. We had to reschedule the original date because of the rain. They didnt charge extra or hassle us. They came to set it up hours before the party and took care of everything. I just pointed where I wanted it. The actual inflatable was clean and a big hit for our three year olds party. (We went with the giant pirate ship). A little tip though, put it in the shade in the FL summer. (Duh). Luckily, we had ours by a pool, so we could pour water on the entrance stair to cool it off, which was the only part that got way too hot.

Jupiter Bounce was terrific. They were communicative, responsive, punctual and friendly. Chris was on-time for both the arrival and pick-up of the equipment. I am extremely pleased with Jupiter Bounce. They came early with the delivery and were polite and courteous. The bounce house was cleaned once it was set up and it was excellent repair. The chairs were perfect. The only issue I had was with one of the tables I rented that was missing a some screws. I was still able to use it but it was difficult to set up. I made the pick up crew aware of the issue and the following day I received a call from Jupiter Bounce to offer me a refund of the table rental price or double credit on a future rental. All around It was a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough. I will use them exclusively for my future parties!! Thanks Jupiter Bounce!!
