Best orthotics! Busy practice but well worth it. Highly competent and most comfortable orthotics we have found. We needed orthotics and AFO foot braces. They did an amazing job. Happy feet in this family thanks to Falk!

First time here, I showed up late... building hard to find. They were gracious and saw me right away, got my brace fitted and super happy that they were able to accommodate.I only kept one star off for location of building, not their fault

We had an amazing experience with Alexis at Falk Prosthetics. She was kind and attentive with my son while he had a helmet for plagiocephaly (flat head). Alexis took such good care of us and he absolutely loved going to his appointments to see her! I highly recommend the Jupiter location, everyone was kind and I felt very safe during Covid-19. They kept the place clean and had careful safety precautions.

My daughter and I had a very great experience with Alexis at Falk Prosthetics. When my 5-month old daughter first came and saw Alexis for plagiocephaly, she cries heavily and nobody can stop it . But when she bacome familar with them, every time she was so exited when we visit Alexis. Alexis was so patient with baby and took good care of us. Highly recommend!

Jeff Price and his staff are great! They are very considerate and very professional. My husband is an right above the knee amputee and Jeff Price has treated my husband with nothing but respect and made sure that he received the correct prosthetic and has been very patient when explaining how it works and how to walk. My experience with this firm has been nothing short of spectacular. I write this from a hospital bed, and am transferring to a rehab center tomorrow. My injury is a repeat of what I did in May. Same thing, and have to start all over again. At any rate, I did arrive at the hospital for surgery with a very expensive brace from my recent experience. This time, I not only re-damaged my right knee, I also partially damaged the left one, and so still needed another brace. My experience with Jeff on the phone was very impressive. His associate, Cory, arrived today with the second brace. Turns out my original brace is indeed so cool that few know how to completely fit it. Cory did, and he fitted the left one as well. Total peace of mind. My whole experience was just above and beyond.

Falk prosthetic is my number one choice. Ive been going to numerous prosthetic companies over the past 35 years and Falk was the only one who could do it correctly. Their whole staff is highly professional and I would recommend them to anyone that needs their service. They went far and beyond my expectations while saving me much time and money. Thank you Falk.

Very poor service and communication. I would not recommend this group for orthotic fitting, fabrication, and professional medical provider. No call backs, no accountability, poor understanding of various insurance models, and inability to provide fee for service care.

The staff here were friendly and great. But the best thing is the fast turn around time!!! We called to get an appointment to get fitted and were able to get in the next day. Two days later we were picking up our AFOs for both feet and heading to therapy the next day. Awesome since we live out of town and were here for therapy. Back home minimal wait to get them made is like 2-4 wks. Totally impressed.

My daughter has a below the knee brace and the people at Faulk have been amazing at building and altering the brace whenever needed. They have fit us in for last minute appointments, billing is accurate and fair. No one else I would trust with my daughters brace, period, end of sentence.

Literally the WORST company. They do not listen to you. I literally had to fight to get a referral that wasnt even needed to get the brace. Got the brace that they rushed in a day it was bulky and did not even have the design on it so it was plain ugly white. Terrible staff at the front desk. I would fire every single one of them. Would not recommend or not even this specific company. Last time theyll ever get my service and the Paleg Insitute referred me. If they refer you definitely go anywhere else where theyll actually appreciate your business.

Wonderful personal touch. Theyve grown since we first visited them nearly 4 years ago. Theyve always put in extra time beyond the open ours to help get our daughters prosthetic to fit just right. Which is hard when going through long term surgical adjustments at 7 years old.Mrs Elisa Jong met us at the hospital pre-surgery fore measurements, so the prosthetic was ready right when needed post surgery. She did so with such a perfect and playful bedside, our young child had no problem throughout the fitting. (and it fitted almost perfectly the first time!)Visiting their clinic, Mr. Edward Wells was very warm and welcoming, setting a safe and playful environment, while Mr. Jeffrey Price took the time to double/triple check the prosthetic from hip to toe for any adjustments, though, amazingly, their designs needed very few throughout our time.Their new facilities look great in the layout arrangement and decor.

This company is the best . I love how the staff are very friendly and helpful. I recommended this place to anybody . First time I went there and I just love how they treat my mother . Very professional.

I would give zero stars if possible. We made the mistake of allowing them to make our sons braces last year. We found out after a routine review of our medical expenses that we were overbilled by a factor of almost 5x. They have been making excuse after excuse for almost a year to avoid refunding our money. The matter has been widely documented on multiple emails, claims have been processed and resubmitted several times, multiple copies of explanations of benefits, etc and they still fail to deliver over and over again. We felt scammed since we are severely overpaying for a product and having our property (cash refund) withheld without our consent. Buyer beware!
