Just like any relationship, at first there were problems, but they were quickly resolved. RSI has been a greater improvement for us efficiency wise, and does a great job on follow through and design. The most positive thing I can say is that they are capable of creating a website. When we transitioned from another web company, Red Spot made an old version (months old) of our website active. It was missing important information and they kept saying it will be fixed in a few days for a MONTH. There were changes they should have made pre-launch, but didnt. They dont create meta-descriptions, even though experts will tell you they are important to have, so I had to write them all myself. They do not allow me admin access on Wordpress, only editor access, so any change I make does not go live until I email them. They respond quickly, its just very inconvenient to have to constantly email them for updates. We have an allotted amount of hours to use each month and they have applied hours against our allotment that were not correct. Two separate months we had to ask for breakdowns of how they used our hours because they were not doing it correctly. Weve talked to an Account Manager and a supervisor, and they apologize and offer up excuses, but dont offer permanent solutions. Weve only been with them a few months and we have already had so many issues, but we are stuck in a contract, so heres hoping it gets better.**Update 8/23/19**After speaking with the owner, I feel confident that he is working to address my concerns and see what changes can be made to help make my experience more positive and help our business to succeed. I will update the review in a couple months to see if the changes have been made and if all concerns come to a satisfactory resolution.

This company is terrible. Before hiring them, I discussed in detail my concerns and needs (especially the website gallery of before and after photos which I wanted optimized) with the RSI sale team. They assured me that they would improve content and improve the gallery. They also bragged about their ability to produce Return on Investment information. They did none of this... and I mean nothing... after a year of paying them. The website gallery is actually worse than it was before hiring them (they copied the images from my previous gallery instead of using the originals provided to them in Dropbox and the copies were blurry; they didnt bother cropping the images or matching image positions; it looked like a child had tried to conceal patient tattoos resulting in obscuring of the results; they would not add new photos as they came available.) When I complained about this, they had the nerve to tell me that website content was not their focus, but that they had already spent too much time on my website. Well it was time wasted because it was terrible work. Remember, this was after they had sold me on their ability to address the website gallery, which I clearly told them was my major concern during their sales pitch. They also didnt bother to tell me that their software would not sync with mine (I have AdvancedMD and QuickBooks!) so I did not receive ANY return on investment information. When I finally had enough and wanted to switch to another company, they threatened me with litigation... and they are the ones who never fulfilled ANY of their promises! These people need to be put out of business.

I have been a client of Red Spots for over a year and a half and my practice has grown significantly since then. My patients compliment me all the time on how my Website looks and functions. Due to their excellent reputation management we are attracting patients from as far as 40 miles away from our location. Return of investment is wonderful. My Account Manager, Vanessa Lopez continual comes up with creative marketing strategies and is like a member of my practice team. I couldnt be more pleased with the results. It was definitely a great business decision.
