I really appreciate my friends at fully promoted. The girls working up front are super sweet and accommodating. On the last order I sent in, Fully Promoted on Indiantown, did something that was special to me. They put my company name on two shirts, one for my infant daughter and another for my 2 year old daughter. I didn’t ask for this, they just said they appreciate my business. I have priced the other places around and Fully Promoted also has the best prices.So, for any hats, shop patches, fishing shirts with logo, pens and a bunch of other stuff. I wish I could express how INCREDIBLE my experience was with Fully Promoted. I initially called requesting information and explaining my shirt idea in which they were extremely helpful. They were honest that it would be more on the expensive side due to the color scheme of the shirt and went out of their way to recommend other companies that may be able to assist me for a fraction of the price (you dont see that very often now a days and that alone subsequently made me trust and appreciate them even more). However, the digital printing option that was a fraction of the price wasnt an option as the other companies couldnt print white on a darker orange shirt. Nonetheless, I came right back to Fully Promoted with my idea in which they were resourceful and able to do by the due date that I needed it. They took my design (by @RobynPrice on Instagram) and made it clear and proportional on the shirt. They even made recommendations to save me money that I hadnt even thought about knowing that it was weighing on me. I placed an order on January 3. I asked what the turnaround time was and the representative said 7 to 10 days. I picked up my shirts today which is almost 3 weeks and they are wrong. They forgot to add important contact information for my company. Now they’re telling me that if I wanted to add something that it was gonna take another week we can a half. I am very disappointed with the quality of workmanship. No rush was offered on the order no discount was offered for the extended wait time. Giving the excuse that they’re under new management it’s not acceptable. Would not recommend this company. However, I must say Melanie did her best.
