Make sure to get a ticket for repairs because they often loose equipment or rent it out

Avoid this shop at all cost! Dropped off lawnmower for a tune up, oil change, and wouldn’t start. Requested if parts exceeded a certain price call me first. They never did. Received call done. Cost was almost same price as new. Showed up still wouldn’t run and no oil change. Took parts off and finished by telling me “That’s why he doesn’t deal with homeowners!” I say let’s show this ungrateful person and avoid at all cost. Besides shop is a pig sty.

Besides repairing my mower at a reasonable price, they introduced me to All Tech Automotive (next door to their shop) when i lost my brakes in their parking lot! And then, they drove me and my mower home. I am so grateful for people like Irma and Carlos!Honesty, integrity, and caring...are forever in my book!

If you can go somewhere else do so. He gives me a part based on a picture of my lawnmowers model number. When I ask him if I can bring it back if he gave me the wrong part, he states that he cant. Then took a picture of my picture and told me to come back the next day, when he had more time, to check if he was giving me the correct part for sure. Go somewhere else!

I generally dont complain about service, but this time I have no choice. I took my Murray Lawn Tractor to G.A.s about a month and a half ago to have the belts and blade replaced. My drive belt came off the pulley. I got it back and tried it out. The cut was fantastic, but when I disengaged it to open the gate and drive it back to my shed, the drive belt was off again, so I had to push it back to the shed. I called G.A.s and told them what happened and asked what next. BTW, I had to rent a truck to take the mower there and take it home. I though that they might send someone to get it and correct the problem, since I had already spent about $200.00 there. No so. I was told that they might not have anyone able to come get it and thats where it was left. I only live about 3 miles from the shop, so it shouldnt have been that much of an issue. I fixed the problem today by putting the drive belt on the idler pulley correctly according to the manual and cut my lawn. Sorry guys, you lost a customer in me.

Small business is the only way we will survive! I have heard good things but havent tried them myself. We are very picky but once you get it right you are ours for life. To bad they didnt have a free try out.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never have I had such bad service, lied to on pricing after weeks of my prying how much will it cost. Lied to for delivery. Actually wiped feces on the tractor for final delivery. I assumed it was his business card.

These people are the best. They give 100% customer service. I needed a Stihl SR200 sprayer. I called several locations and No One offered to order one for me. G.A.s didnt even hesitate. They offered to order me what I needed and had it available the next day! Super happy with there service. Highly recommended them! Thanks
