Simon is amazing! Patient, informative and so helpful. We initially went in to see about adding our niece to the family plan. By the time we left the first visit we had a plan to add my brother and his daughter. This involved some work on our part and we set up another day to come back. By the time we went back we decided to add my parents also. Everything went smoothly. Simon recommended appropriate phones for everyone and answered all of questions. In person and via text. He was dealing with multiple people with all different levels of cell phone experience. He was able help us all understand what was going on. A true asset. I live in another state and honestly dont want to deal with anyone else.
Would have given zero stars. I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Unfortunately my reason there was to assist my mom to convert from another company to Verizon. Since we wanted to use her current phone, they only had time for customers that were buying new phones. We left without being taken care of.Beyond disappointed and now considering pulling my long term account to go elsewhere. Shame on Verizon. Not the customer care I expected and have received over the years of being a loyal customer.
My fiance and I both bought our new phones at the Verizon Store on Indiantown Road, in Jupiter. Dylan Street took care of us. He was WONDERFUL to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Horrible experience.. Sales rep only cared about his commissions and made it very clear.. horrible.. verbally abused by a 20+ year old who had no clue about making a living.. go to a Verizon store not a reseller.. Verizon on PGA is a company owned store.

After trying another Verizon store and finding it closed, I tried the Jupiter store on my way to work but was now running late. Dylan greeted me on the way in with a warm welcome asking how he could help me. I said I needed to upgrade my iPad. but was running late. He made the whole process simple and fast... 30 minuets later I was out the door with my new iPad and he had found offers and deals I was not even aware of saving me about $300. He offered to transfer my data but I didnt have time for that so he gave me detailed instructions on what I needed to do.I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and this was without any doubt the best experience I have ever had dealing with Verizon.Way to go Dylan !!.... love my new iPad Pro Gen 3

I upgraded 2 iPhone 7s to iPhone 12 Minis. The representative @ Cellular worked with me to get the best deal to meet my needs; couldnt of asked for better customer service. Most importantly, I was never rushed and the rep was willing to take as much time for him to answer all my questions and concerns. After I left the store I was easily able to contact the rep with any further issues and he quickly responded.The only problems that I encountered were directly with Verizon; website (broken links) and unsatisfactory phone customer service.

Walked in just needing a replacement phone for my business. its a specialty phone and it cost less than most of the newer phones but has a protective case that wont allow it to break easily. The salesman at this location Joe,told me they discontinued the phone and they dont have anymore and proceeded to show me the top of the line Motorola and other phones that I did not want. I told the gentleman Im not going to waste his time I only want this particular phone. He went to the back showed up with my phone that I wanted, which is about half 9f otger popular phones,and a free tablet that he told me wouldnt cost anything.It was a gift today for buying this particular phone today.Me not being someone familiar or caring about technology very much, and dont use it in my line of work, didnt need the tablet but said thank you and even mentioned I would maybe use it at home on wi-fi. What I didnt realize was the gentleman WITHOUT TELLING ME signed me up for a another account and a whole new phone number for the tablet that I didnt want or need!!!. When I called back I spoke to the manager Colin, who never seems to be at the office ever, and he assured me that this would be taken care of. He even had me work with the same sales person who did the bate an switch on me.Against my better judgment I said yes they assured me it would be fixed. It was not!!! my bill went from $68 to $200. You can imagine how horrified I was to realize I had a new phone number a secondary line and a tablet that I will probably never use when I just walked in there for a simple work phone exchange that I was told was never available again!???. I would avoid this location like the plague! They are only there to rip you off and sell you things you dont need even when youre not aware of it. From now on I would call directly online and deal with Verizon directly since they are the ones are the decision makers, not the salespeople. The salespeople are only there for commission and you dont need to utilize the stores unless you need a phone immediately.
Joseph did a great job of setting up my new Samsung S21 and transferring apps and data. The one problem that no one could solve was that Samsung Music does not like music. No one at the store or online could get it working. I finally transferred all my music using the Windows Media Play and then downloaded the free app Musicolet and everything worked as it did on my old Samsung S7.
Excellent customer service. Highly professional. They helped me with an issue even though I had set up the account directly with Verizon. The next time I get a new phone Im going through this store.
When I purchased a new phone the salesman I’ve sold me on a very expensive screen protector. It was five times the price of any other screen protector I could’ve purchased. I bought it because he assured me that if I had any problem with it just simply come back to the store and they will replace it. Four days later when it broke I attempted to do that and was told I had to pay a handling fee to take care of it. The cheap screen protectors I had bought in the past never When I purchased a new phone the salesman of sold me on a very expensive screen protector. I thought it because he assured me that if I had any problems with it to simply come back to the store and they will replace it. Had a great experience today helping my grandmother get a new iphone. Her last one was very outdated and had never been backed up. Chanson helped us out and was able to switch everything over to her new phone quickly and easily. This made the experience much easier for her, so I highly recommend this location and salesperson!

I called before arriving because I needed my transfer pin in order to switch to a different company and the guy on the phone assured me that if I come with my ID, he would be able to help me, I even made sure that the address was right before came. When I arrived they told me there was no way for them to help me and that I HAD to call customer service. They werent willing to help me at all and it was extremely frustrating. I understand they dont want people switching from their company but I have a right to my info and of service.

Very unhappy, warranty I paid for is not being honored and the sales rep just kept pushing us to upgrade the phone. We paid for multiple replacements a year at $30 deductible and now they are telling us that the only thing covered is a screen replacement for $30 that will render a WATERPROOF phone NO LONGER WATERPROOF??? Worse they wont do the replacement at Verizon, I have to go to iFix and get an aftermarket screen that is not guaranteed to function the way it should.This negates the whole purpose of getting this super expensive phone and paying for the plan every year. Awful customer service. Since the phone is paid off I will be looking to move my business elsewhere.

Tyler was amazingly professional, patient, and compassionate in taking care of my phone issue tonight. To make a long story short - I got my Samsung Note 8 wet and it was acting insane. I thought I was there to retire it and get a new phone - which would have been very expensive since this one was only 3 months old. However, Tyler performed some kind of exorcism on the phone and fixed! I am forever grateful.
Came to this location for information on using my insurance policy and changing my phone number. The associate Danny was very helpful and was easily able to answer my questions as well as how to change the number without unnecessary charges. Highly recommend this location and this sales associate.

Best cellular store service anywhere. If you want the best costumer service ask for Clark. He will treat you better than family—and he knows everything about all models and their service options. I’ve been Clark’s costumer since 2017. When I have an issue, I just ask Clark, he’ll remember you months after the sale!

I love Verizon Customer Service. I live in West Palm Beach but I always take the extra time to drive to the Jupiter (or N. Palm Bch) location because they always treat me like family there! Guy helped me today and he was great! Im not technologically savvy, so I truly appreciate the extra time Guy took to explain everything to me. He has a lot of knowledge and patience and made sure I didnt leave without all of my questions answered and my devices completely set up, charged up and ready to use. I own all Apple products (which has horrible customer service), so its such a blessing to be able to go into the Verizon store and get the help I need!

It was a long process. I needed to have my personal phone number released from the company I just retired from in Connecticut add my sons line and combine that with my wifes and daughters line. Needed a new phone and I Pad so the corporate equipment could be returned. The whole process including teaching this technical dinosaur how to use the equipment and transfer all the data over to my new equipment took 4 hours. Perhaps to you tech savvy individuals or those impatient people this would seem hair raising. The agent was patient and took me through the entire process. He explained all the equipment and warranties with the wisdom of Solomon and the patience of Job. He even allowed me to buy a sub during the transfer of my data as I hadnt eaten all day and the only growling part of me was my stomach. My hat is tipped to this Verizon store for their professionalism and gentle approach. Thank you!

My family has had great experiences at this Jupiter FL Verizon store. Account manager Guy Catullo is second to none in knowledge and service. I really appreciate that Guy takes the time to explain things on my level and I never feel rushed or put off. When one of our phones died he even loaned us one of his own phones until we could get ours fixed, now thats service! Its also great to be able to call Guy for an appointment so we dont have to wait.

Today I spent my afternoon in Verizon. The branch in Jupiter off Indiantown Rd. Both Charlie and Blake were both knowledgeable and extremely attentive and helpful. No one wants to sit in a cellular phone store for hours on end, but thanks to the staff at this particular branch of Verizon, it wasnt mind-numbingly painful and they fixed all the technical issues I was having trouble with.It is also refreshing to witness people actually doing their job. Im certain that I will be back for one reason or another, and I wont dread it. Thanks guys.

I recently switched over to Verizon from T-Mobile hoping to get a better experience. My Iphone had expanded, so I received a new phone on the mail. I had gone to a different Verizon location to get everything put onto the new phone. The new phone somehow was also malfunctioning, so I received another phone in the mail. I took it to this location to have my Apps and SIM card switched over again. I was so exhausted from having so many problems with my phone, that I couldn’t wait for it to be over. The Verizon associate told me he would have to charge me $35 to have everything transferred over. After going through two phones and not paying a cent at the other location, I was extremely disappointed. Terrible customer service. Really upset. I didn’t pay and went to the one by my house again.....free of charge.
I looked at reviews before Visiting this store, having had a frustrating experience in a Colorado store. I am very pleased with the customer service here in Jupiter. Martina was very efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. This should be Verizons gold standard for other stores.
I made an appointment with Blake after having issues with my current phone shutting off and lagging. I was a little hesitant and confused about the new phone plans prior to coming in. This agent was patient, and helpful when it came to answering my questions, and picking out something that fit my needs and budget. He was very knowledgeable about the newest technology, finding me a phone with lots of storage and a great camera. Blake walked me through setting up my new phone, had all my photos and numbers set up, and even found me a case in my favorite color! My phone died unexpectedly on Black Friday. I wasnt thrilled about having to get a new one on the busiest shopping day of the year, and was very bummed when Verizons systems went down. Sean was extremely helpful through the whole process and had my phone ready to go later, once the network came back up. I have been with Verizon for several years and went into this store to upgrade my wifes phone for Christmas. The sales rep said they had a bogo on the XR and we could both get phones if we added a line. I told him that I didnt want to add a line but had an iPad that had a line that I was not using. He said that it would be easy to add a line with the new phones, cancel the line that I am not using and transfer the phone number. I did all that and noticed today that my phone bill is high and see that I am paying for 2 devices. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone today and was told that what the rep told me was not true and they couldnt do anything about it. I am EXTREMELY unhappy about having to pay an additional $750 for something that was not my fault. Verizon needs to train their sales reps to not lie to customers to make a sale and also they should work harder to fix things and not make customers stay on the phone for 1.5 hours just to say that they cant help me. I hope Verizon reads this and looks into it and fixes this problem as I would be happy to revise this review. Verizon????

My husband and I made the switch to Verizon last week and Cellular Sales couldnt have made the transition any smoother! Simon was our agent and he was so nice and easy to work with. He explained the process clearly and answered all our questions. Its so refreshing to have excellent customer service! The Verizon Network is super fast (faster than my Wi-Fi) and reliable and I wish we had made the switch sooner. Overall, it was a great experience!

She was very helpful when we had some issues getting the service up and running the next day. The only negative thing, which is more towards Verizon in general than any of the sales people, is that we were charged a $35 set up fee per person without being told about it. Also, seeing as we were 20 year customers of another company and switched over to Verizon getting our business, would have been nice to see some kind of concession like not having to pay a set up fee as a thank you for switching over. Some companies even pay for your cancellation fees with another company to get you to switch over, but with Verizon it wasnt anything. So far everything seems ok though with service.
