I contacted Dr. Estela to help me with executive professional and parental challenges. I had seen psychologists in the past, most of them were unintelligent and unhelpful and not able to help with executive coaching while one of them (a rare exception) provided me with really helpful information to improve life. Dr. Estela has a different approach and I wish I had met her years ago which would have saved me decades of being left to fend for myself. Instead of focusing on empathy, which she has in spades and even more than most psychologists I met, she focuses on relaxation and positive messages while one is in a state of relaxation and completely open to receiving such positive messages that over write a negative inner dialog in a fraction of the time. In fact, I started to listen to her recorded audios before falling asleep and one of them in particular changed my life in the 30 minutes it took for me to listen to her audio. She talked about the inability to say no. I never considered myself needing help in that area but I listened to it for my friend who cannot say no and is taken advantage of. After her video I realized how unassertive I was when I said no and her positive messages that I listened to after her short relaxation allowed me to absorb these positive messages instantly and my life turned around completely by having learned, in 30 minutes, to be assertive when saying no. My whole tone of voice changed and I never suspected that I even had such a problem that was holding me back. Thank you, wonderful Dr. Estela for making life so much better and for being such a caring and brilliant person. Thank you forever, you make the world a better place.

Estella is kind and patient. I wasn’t sure what hypnosis would be like or how it could help but She taught me a new way to feel better and I’m very grateful. It restored peace, calmness and health in me and is a tool I can continue to use even after our sessions.

I struggle with many issues regarding my mental health, low self esteem, and many many trust issues! i was on medication for my depression for months and switched several times, i had also previously done regular therapy for 3 years before having done a hypnotherapy session! to be quite honest it was not something i did with excitement, i was skeptical and simply did not think hypnotherapy could work for me. however i was completely, completely wrong. i’ve done 10 sessions and plan to do many more ! the thing about hypnosis and my hypnotherapist is 1. she makes me feel safe and very calm and 2. she is always quick to listen and reassure me before hypnosis on what she will be doing and what we will be working on today. she makes it a team effort and i truly love that! she also remembers things about you and thinks ahead when planning for what you feel most comfortable working on during hypnosis. it is not something to be afraid or skeptical of, just as i was, my hypnotherapist made sure to always ask if she had permission from me to begin the process, she was always very sure about consent. hypnosis is never something that can be done unless u allow it to happen! i myself struggle with anxiety, ptsd, depression, and OCD, and hypnotherapy has helped me more in 10 sessions then 3 years of therapy and being on multiple medications has. it is truly a wonderful experience and you always feel refreshed and energized afterwards ! not to mention my hypnotherapist was always very flexible, we talked a lot about when and what time worked best, and she was always very kind and cooperative with any quick changes i had to contact her about ! i highly recommended if you are serious about continuing to grow and heal as a person, every session makes an impact on your life as the things that get discussed, revisited, and healed, remain that way. :) thank you estella!

Finding words to describe my gratitude for Estela is difficult. I was hesitant at first about the idea of hypnosis. But, after the first I could already see a drastic change in my confidence and my ability to deal with my anxiety. Ever since I was a young child I was terrified of a dogs barking. I had this fear because I was attacked by dogs when I was a toddler, and that fear returned to me EVERY TIME I heard a dog bark.I was not afraid of dogs, I was afraid of their barking. This fobia was affecting my life, if I walked down a street where there were dogs, I would covered my ears, and that way I could move forward. Some of my friends owned dogs, and this was a problem because every time I went to their house, they would have to lock their dogs in a room to make sure I would feel safe. Only then I could I visit them.Among many situations, the worst was when dogs were barking at me directly. That used to cause terror and tachycardia, I did not know how to react, I used to be paralyzed and very afraid of them.I started a treatment to end that horrible feeling, and the results were impressive. I regret not having found this solution before, I suffered for too long for that fear, it affected me and my environment, I spent time without visiting people or going to places with dogs.After having a couple sessions with Estela I feel her treatment was magical because I automatically stop feeling that terror, I no longer have tachycardia, or get paralyzed, I stopped being afraid.Thanks to her treatment I can visit people with dogs, I can walk relaxed on the street, and above all stop feeling so afraid.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

I am very thankful to Estela for having helped us with our group at Lecanat. Recently we had been having many issues and disagreements because of all of our differences.
