I had FFS with Dr. M, and I am beyond in love with my results. The Dr. has such a great skill and passion about what he does, it’s simply amazing! The doctor added a level of happiness and confidence to my life that would’ve been impossible without him! I am so grateful for him and ALL OF HIS TEAM! They are all amazing! Highly recommended!

I got my forehead feminization done on August 19th(hairline rounding, mini eyebrow lift, and browbone shaving). As far as the surgery is concerned, it went great. I got the results I wanted for the most part, I wanted a completely flat profile view. And I wanted it to be round. My hairline incision is still healing and I can’t give a review on that as of now because it takes months for the final results.As for my experience, I’m taking away 1 star. I think Mardirossian is a great surgeon. But when I was lying down on the operating table he reaches over to touch my chin and says,”we will do this next”. I found that completely unprofessional. Of all things to say to me as I’m going under anesthesia he says that? I get he’s trying to make money, of course it’s his job. And we discussed getting my chin done prior but I just felt so terrible afterwards. And I’ve looked into another surgeon to get my chin done for that reason alone.

Its been about a year since I had ffs with Dr. Mardirossian and I couldnt be happier. He and his staff were so attentive to my needs before and after my surgery and I felt truly taken care of. I am in love with the result of my jaw contouring and lip lift and am now able to just live my life happily 😊. I would not hesitate to go to back or recommend them to anyone who asks. Hello all! I’m going to be super detailed on this journey here because I genuinely want to give future prospects an idea of the pleasant surprise they’re in for. I will be posting photos of my before and after. Feel free to ask me questions! Okay, so, I’ve always been super insecure about my forehead. I’ve always had bangs for as long as I could remember. But, in my situation, the way my forehead protruded, I didn’t think anything could be done. Once the pandemic hit, I almost never did my hair and LOVED not having to have bangs. I wanted a permanent change! I started researching doctors. I initially did interviews with doctors who do forehead reduction. But I needed more. I needed my forehead to be evened out. I’ve had doctors turn me down for surgery. I continued with my researched and found the term “forehead contouring “. I kept researching and found two doctors. One in NJ & one in FL. I interviewed the NJ doctor.. it lasted 12 minutes. I didn’t feel anywhere near comfortable! 12 minutes with such a drastic procedure ?! Anyhow, I booked my consultation with my doc & it lasted about 40 minutes or so. Dr. M is VERY structured and detailed with what to expect. I knew immediately, once I hung up, he was THE doctor. Days later, I booked my procedure date & flight. Galina & Melissa are amazing! Even with school, they were able to adjust my pre op/post op times. The day of my surgery, I was nervous but very at ease. Fast forward, I am 3 days post op! When I tell you I LOVE my results !! I will continue posting pics on Realself.com as my journey continues.

From my experience thus far it is evident Dr. Mardirossian truly enjoys his profession helping the transgender community. There are so many people whom have happier lifestyles now for their futures because of his abilities. The many questions I had were all answered with confidence and with clarity. Another aspect that made me feel comfortable was the compassionate friendliness from all whom work at his practice. I feel so blessed the universe lead me to Florida, and Dr.Mardirossian’s Practice just happen to be there too. I recommend if you are looking to have a female voice or a feminine face to call them and book a consultation. I can’t say enough kind words for Dr. Mardirossian and his team! I loved the before/afters I had seen (especially the perfect noses lol) and after speaking to him in a consultation, I stopped looking at other surgeons. He’s so down to earth and walks you through the whole process, so I felt super safe before the operation. I went to so many doctors before I found Dr.M and I am soooo happy I found him. I had multiple injuries to my nose throughout the years and needed 3 separate things done to fix the problems. I was turned down by many doctors and I was quoted astronomical figures for the cost of surgery, so I began to lose hope. I had FFS with Dr M and I could not be happier with the results! A month after surgery and Im swelling and bruising free. I have confidence in my appearance now! The best way for me to describe my experience with Dr. Mardirossian, nurse Krystle, and the rest of the staff is to tell about the morning after my surgery. The first night is a little rough -- yay for percoset - and of course the overnight nurse had to drive me there. My head was so wrapped up it looked like I had on a white football helmet, but Dr. Mardirossian and Krystle were overjoyed and smiling exuberantly as they unwrapped me to reveal the results from the day before. Yeah, it sounds corny but they were both like kids on Christmas morning. Of course that helped me feel much better since it meant that everything had gone so well. The other best thing is how thorough they are from all the medical tests and checks beforehand to the well written instructions before and after. In all, this was a tremendous birthday present for myself and a great way to start the next chapter of my life.

My experience with both the doctor and staff was not good at all; before, during and after the surgery. The aesthetic outcome was average, the concern remains with a large degree of nerve damage due to surgical error.As a direct result, I feel pain and tightness around my ears and forehead. i feel at any giving time my face will pop open. The daily pulling of my ears is excruciating.He removed too much skin and placed my ears up high. All I needed was excess skin removed. He went too far. I will pay the price for my choosing this surgeon for the rest of my life. Beware of who you choose. Dont make a hasty decision . If you feel any hesitation, RUN! Go with real plastic surgeons with sterling reputations. Mardirossian is an ENT surgeon not a plastic surgeon though he is falsely advertised to be one.

I have had three procedures this year by Dr. Mardirossian and am very pleased with all of the results.First I had a facelift. I recovered very quickly and look years younger. I then decided to have two fill procedures-one for the lines around my mouth and nose area and then today I had the rather new procedure--hand fills.Both fills brought beautiful results. Not only that but the fact that he was so kind and professional, which I cant emphasize how nice it is to be treated like a human by him and his whole office when youre really struggling as a trans individual. These people were put on the earth to help people feel better about themselves and they do a great job at it. This truly was a life changing experience and while I still struggle with my dysphoria the surgery has helped a ton with feeling a little ounce of confidence towards myself. Dr. Mardirossian is careful, he listens and has studied the human face (specifically men vs female anatomy) for years and knows what hes doing. Trust his judgement. Out of the 9 or 10 things that were done to my face all of them went well. While I wish my lips would have stayed bigger and the eyebrow lift was more prominent, Dr. Mardirossian said, you can always add more later, whereas if I wouldve done too much itd be much more difficult to fix later. After years and years of facial fillers, I can finally put to rest any future physical or financial pain related to sculpting and shaping my lips. Knowing Dr. Mardirossians extensive experience and skillfulness with facial implants, I embraced the idea of placing an upper lip implant that would end the dreaded filler fatigue I had come to know.Under local anesthesia, the entire procedure didnt take more then 15 minutes.The transformation was immediate and striking. The shape and fullness looked natural and complimented my lower lip.I had no pain and experienced minimal swelling for 2 days.I have to make an effort to actually feel the implant and have not experienced one downside. My only regret is that I didnt do it sooner!

I had several procedures for facial feminization surgery. And I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The staff was very helpful and compassionate. Dr Mardirossian is amazing. After my surgery he gave me his personal cell phone in case I needed him and I am from out of town and he saw me on a Saturday and his office for a follow up.

The best Botox I have ever had, and only times I have ever been happy, is from Dr. Mardirossian. I have also had fillers from him, with great results. He takes great pains to make sure I look naturally younger than I am. I highly recommend Dr. Mardirossian.

BEWARE, Paid in full for lip enhancements which did not enhance my lips and paid 650$ ($150 more than all competitors). Experience was anything but enjoyable, and I had zero results. I went back to see the doctor and all he had to say was well I can charge you another $650 and do it again. He refused to help in anyway or make this situation right. Im sorry but any business that does nothing to help upset clients/customers is not going to last. In any business issues need to be handled promptly and effectively. Again BEWARE if you have any issues with your experience, do not expect any resolution. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO YOUR RESEARCH, STAY AWAY.

As with any experience there are several sides to be considered. I will start with saying that my entire experience with Dr. Mardirossian and his entire staff was without complaint. The staff was exceptionally helpful from the first email to the after-surgery communications and follow-ups. Not only were they very timely in their responses to request and questions but every interaction I had with them was pleasant and I could tell they were genuinely interested and concerned with me as an individual.With regards to my FFS surgery my primary concern was the technical capability of the surgeon to deliver the results I expected. Dr. Mardirossian has a very pleasant deminer and was very easy to talk with when discussing what my goals were and what he recommended to meet those goals. He also took the time to describe each procedure (I had several at the same time) so I understood what the would occur during the surgery. I am 6 weeks post op and am extremely happy with the results I have thus far and only expect them to get better as I complete the healing process. I would like to note that Dr. Mardirossian made himself available (not an answering service) over a holiday and although I had no issues, he did answer and make sure everything was OK when I called him accidently.As with most people the cost of the surgery is always a factor. When it comes to one’s health and in this case procedures which are highly visible there are no short cuts or discounts that are worth saving a few dollars. Having said that the cost of the procedures were in line with other Dr.’s I talked with. In my opinion for the results and quality of care there are no others regardless of cost that could have done better. I have other procedures which I am planning in the future and will make the trip back to see the team at Dr. Mardirossian’s where I know I will be taken care of and get the expected results.

Awesome Doctor and staff that are professional, knowledgable, very skilled, honest, caring, attentive, and personable. Dr M and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well informed. They answer all your questions and more going into very specific explanations so that you understand the procedures. I felt perfectly comfortable with Dr M upon meeting him. Hes smart, quick-witted and has a delightful sense of humor, while maintaining a very professional and informative dialog. I was very nervous going in but this allowed me to relax and focus on my questions and the answers i was given. I have experienced many doctors and staff over the years and some offices are terrible. You hate to go, cant wait to leave and feel low when you do. Doctors and nurses are people too with personalities and energy, positive or negative. You want your doctor to be professional, competent, ethical and great at his skills and if they also provide a warm, caring and personable environment....thats the best of all worlds. I feel like im on vacation when I go in to see them and feel on top of the world when I leave. Total UPPER!!! Dr M. and staff gives all that....and a GREAT NOSE.
