I am happy to finally have a job I look forward to each morning! It also feels good to be helping people in our community find employment while also helping businesses function optimally.

RCI was awesome! I was looking for VP HR level individual. RCI did an outstanding job of understanding our needs and matching candidates to our our needs. I would highly recommend Mike and his company for any recruitment need that you may experience. I believe that you will be surprised and the quality of the candidates and cost to source the position.

I was surprised to see other reviews that were not flattering - my experience working with RCI has been great. They have worked hard to supply multiple candidates for very specific positions and locations. They have been professional and accurate and even the candidates we met have been specifically impressed. I wont give anyone 5 stars, but I cant think of a single improvement opportunity.This is just my experience, so I imagine the same about those other reviews.

In a market with a very tight candidate pool RCI was able to withdraw a pool of talented and skilled candidates that meet our requirements and lead to a quick hire.

My company partnered with RCI on several projects. Hiring is never an easy endeavor, but RCI was there to drive value and outperformed expectations.

Youd expect a recruitment company to actually communicate when people ask for more information. Instead, I got borderline harassed with the exact same job posting for seven months. No personal communication, no deal.

It makes no wonder there are only 1 star reviews for this company. Shady email tactics attempting to gaslight potential clients into making them think they are following up from a previous email when none was originally sent. Shady.
