I was very aware of all of the 1 star reviews that have been given to this place, but after being offered a very nice rate, I took a load going from Columbus Ohio to here, counting on the unload taking 9-10 hours, so I could get in my 10 hour break on their premises, in South Florida, at night, where finding parking after dark is virtually impossible.My appointment was for 6pm. I arrived shortly before 4pm, and I was given a door immediately. They still didn’t start on my trailer till right at 6, but I want to say that the unload didn’t last but an hour and a half, much to my surprise.There was no controversy here whatsoever. And yes, I understand that where there is smoke, there is fire, but as for my experience on this visit, things went as right as they could go.I also parked in the staging area afterwards, and had a quiet 10 hour reset. 🤷‍♂️

My appt time was 6 pm. Got here at 4 pm and got a door right away they said they wouldn’t start until 6. They were right they didn’t start until then but why is it 11:30 pm now and I’m still in this door. Drivers avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention there is no overnight and good luck finding a place to park in the middle of the night 🤣

I wish I can put -5 stars...Delivery appointment set for 6 am.Checked in at 5:05 am and got a door right away. But...They put a DROP TRAILER stamp on my BOL and said to come back after 48 hours...Absolutely rediculos...

This has to be one of the worst deliveries Ive ever made. Appt.was at 6am..they put me into the door abt 6:15am which was great,but im currently still here at 14:26!! And when I went inside to get a update,they told me I should be done by 15:45 hopefully! Smdh...I will Never deliver to walgreens ever again! Whole day screwed up! Avoid this place at any cost!!

-10 stars was two hours late for delivery on 8/9/21 because of shipper took 7 hours to load me got here then walgreens rescheduled my appointment for two day later on 8/11/21 for 6pm got here 10am that morning they said I can wait in the parking lot and check back in at 530pm checked in they told me they canceled this load all walgreens need to go out of business I hope real soon karma

We arrived at 8:30 am for a 9:00 am appt. At 2 pm, trying to call receiving to check status of being unloaded with no answer after about 15-20 calls. I had to call a different dept to be transferred to them. Where I was told by a man that they have until 3:30 to get us unloaded. Or they could load it back and mark it as undelivered. I just can’t believe that Walgreens has that kind of money to waste on paying drivers hours of detention. Not to mention, they need to be schooled on how truck drivers only have so many hours to work/drive and they are killing that time. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

It must have been my lucky day and the product I was delivering. I checked in at 9:42pm for a 10:30pm appointment..I was out the gate at 11:29pm.. There is definitely no overnight parking here and the police were present when I arrived.

Truck drivers should not be allowed to write reviews,, has nothing to do with the actual business, out of thousands of truck loads the one time you sit there for an extra hour or two, they feel the need to one star, how many of these comments are from the actual customer, are there fast and reasonable deliveries of product

Ok, if you already read all those negative reviews, i think this one will be lees to trust but its what i had. Checked in 2 hours earlier, very fast and friendly process, in 30 minutes they start unloading. Working hours and rules will be attached. Please check my photos. Thank you. Why 5 star - they have drivers lodge, vending machines, microwave, restroom clean, check in and out process fast and professional.

I came here today (03/27/19) for the first time and read some of the reviews prior to entering the gate. I have to say its no ones fault if your company does not pay detention or you are not fully prepared in your rig with an emergency potty, fridge, microwave and cooker. Your mommys cant take care of you all your lifes so do some growing up.As for me, I checked in at 07:00. Backed into a door and set my alarm for 1.5 hours while I slept. Woke up called the broker to start my detention and now for some pancakes then back to bed.Walgreens may be no better then Walmart but neither is that outfit you all are working for if they arent paying you layover nor detention. Wise up, Ive worked for a company once where a third and sometimes close to half of my salary was all detention and layover. Not saying thats a good thing but just saying how important those two are to this industry. Now that Im done with class Ill get started with my cakes while I get paid for doing nothing then home for some elbow and wrist action.Lastly, I gave Walgreens three stars since I am still here unloading and the check-in process went smooth. They were also very professional at both the gate and the check-in window. Ill rerate once unloaded.I was unloaded by 11am. Again, smooth process at the guard, the check-in window and checking out at both. Ill give them a five star since I do understand that some freight has to be broken down and from the movement of my trailer at the dock I can tell there was no slacking. Most of all, I have the utmost respect for professionalism and a good attitude at these shippers and receivers. 👍 👍

My appointment was 7:00 am. I checked in 6:00 am and they unload me in 35 minutes. To 9 pallets. Very fast. 👍🏻. They don’t have place for overnight parking but u can park on I-95, Palm City, FL 34990 it’s rest area. Use exit 87B to hwy 706 then make right on hwy 711 then make right to corporate rd. U can find parking space on side the rd but some time.

This place is truly inconsiderate of the drivers . Ive deliver to the one in Orlando and they are not like this. Checking time begins at 6:15 am everyone checks in at the same time. Theyll give you a door immediately and then you sit and wait the rest of the day. I gave it a 3 star bc plenty of room to park, bathrooms, and vending machines. You will lose your next appointment.

My experience NOT BAD AT ALL. First of all they let me check in 6 hours before my appointment. And let me stay this 6 hours on the property. Second, unloading took 2.5- 3 hours and its not bad.

Well let me first start off by saying I have been here a few times..first..Baird shack has always been nice ..was 1 hour early this round..no problems getting in..2nd lady in receiving office also has been nice..got here at 7 am..its now 2:15 pm still jave red light..after asking this time..lady saus they schedule the unloads to take around 8 hours because the count every pcs..over all the place not bad..but corporate really needs to look into why unloading would take this long..

Got here at 5:45 am for a 6:00 am appointment. Got a door right away. It is not 1:00 pm and I’m still not unloaded. I only had 11 pallets of cleaning supplies. Never again! Everyone is nice but the time wasted here is a bit much!

Appt at 6pm arrived at 5:30pm. At check in I was told I needed a cellphone to call to receiving to check in then I get to receiving I was instantly put in a door but it took 4 hrs to unload 10 pallets of tissue.

This job is the worst job to work at they have employees that are drunk on the job. stealers, drug addicts. They also have rodents, big palmetto bugs, maggots that was on L5 23 from a dog food can that was open they didnt throw the can away or clean the area where the can was. They have spiders, dust on the products before picking. And if you have sick younger kids this job is definitely not for you. If you have a kind heart and you are a very nice person this job is not for you. They will run over you and please dont get hurt on the job cause you will be a liability to the company And you will be fired. Also you cant have a second job working night shift. Ive seen so many people either quit or get transferred to day shift and if you never had a back problem after your first month start wearing a back brace. Your constantly on your feet for hours with only two 20 minutes break over 10 hours you get one 15 minute break. I dont recommend this job for no one especially if you are working through a temp service. but good for making quick money.

Place wasnt as bad as previous reviews. It took them 2 hours to unload me. I was carrying a mixture of everything. The place is clean and the bathroom is clean as well.Just carry you I.D. with you while checking in. They will want to hold it in you borrow their bolt cutters. You can arrive 1 hour early.

You have been warned here first. It is a fact that this place uses a window time to get you unloaded. If your appointment is at 7, it could be from 7 to 3 to get you done and they will use all of that time to get you empty. It would be easy to get mad at walgreens but they have already told the broker this and the broker does not tell us so we will take the load. Every load is not like this but this is the second time it has happened to me. Sometimes you will be in and out like normal. Know what your appointment times are here so you do not get blindsided. Lucky for me, i drove all night to get here so i am just soaking up the rest and happy for the detention but not a good look if you had another load planned. Bring you some food and something to make your stay manageable cause you more than likely will be here a while. Do not be fooled by the few saying this place is not that bad. It is not for them cause they are getting in and out but for the window appointment people. This place is terrible. Get your money on this load. You deserve it cause you will sit a while on this one more times than not. But they do have restrooms and one little snack area. Signs on the street say no parking but people park on the streets all the time if you arrive early.

The security guard on second shift has the worst attitude ever and if u are picking up some one for years they will bard u from entering without any explanation whatsoever, I had a bad experience and came to find out after driving a bunch of ppl over the years that they do that too often especially on 2nd shift,it is very confusing and embarrassing to be barred from somewhere without any reason but I guess the guard picks and chooses who he lets in and forgets about the security issues,I guess he likes the ppl that speeds all over the parking place instead of those who look out for pedestrians and do things according to the law and have moral values

Everybody posting negative reviews, but mine was positive, appointment at 7, checked in 6:30, on a door 6:45, they started 5 min later, finished by 9:00 am. There’s a turn around area before gate, you can’t park there, they let you to park inside 6 hours before appointment.

*DRIVERS* you will be here for atleast 6hrs. This is definitely a good place to take your 10hr break regardless of what time your delivery is they will let you park on the facility. *WARNING* Do not start your clock to get to the dock because thats where most of your break will be. Make sure detention will be paid before you accept this load! It takes so long because they sort and segregate each pallet as it comes off the truck. Very outdated place that causes drivers to lose a lot of money. Trust me this will be my first and last delivery here.

This place sucks big time. I got here by 6am for a 6:30am appointment and I’m still here waiting for 9 hours. I have been to so many DCs where they have to count pieces but this one takes the cake. The lady at the window told me that there are still about 2000 pieces left. I don’t know what to make of this but I will just keep telling myself come on you can do this!

I wont come back to deliver to the Walgreen Distribution center in Jupiter, FL, never ever again, even if I hear of $5000 load. They dont move or change 1 minute of your appointment, and it takes forever to get unloaded. The employees think that they are in the Pentagon, and management is super nasty.

This place is a real joke. Drivers do not come here to deliver. Driver had a 7:30am delivery appt and was out at 3:30pm. One of the ladies that work there told my driver that delivery times are by contract and that is the reason why they take so long. Expect a long wait, to get unloaded, been here twice and both times a 5 hour unloading, for 2/3rds of a dry van.Employees seem nice enough other than you can tell this is not there dream job.Can only check in a hour before your appointment time or will be turned around. No parking on site, but there is two dead in streets before you get to the guard shack on the left, signs say no parking, but I see trucks parking there day and night, so park at own risk as you might get ran off.E

Appointment was at 7am. Got there at 6:30.Guard was pleasant. Went in receiving office. Within 5min we got our door # and they unloaded immediately. Left at 7:30.Everyone was pleasant and zero problems. Also, we had 40 pallets of mixed items.

Three Mexicans could unload a full truck of eggs by hand faster than Walgreens can do it with forklifts and robots. Been here for 8 and a half hours and counting.

My appointment was at 7am, I got to the main gate at 5:50am, it was only one truck before me, I check-in at 6am, the receiving department was in a meeting, when they come back, they get my BoL and assign me a door, at 6:25am I park, and at 6:30am they start unloading, at 10:30am I when to the back to check cause didnt feel any movement for few minutes, results that they finish and didnt put me the green light and I walked to the office and at 10:50am I get my BoL back.I read some reviews before I got here, and some driver said that the time unloading depends on what you bring, in my case it was Paper rolls in boxes, the trailer was load all the way to the top and all the way to the end, the merchandise was seating in the floor (no pallets), and the weigh was around 21000lbI hope this information help you in some way.

Well where do I start my drivers appointment was 6:30 got there at 5:45 the rule they have you would think is Fort Knocks your at even with detention fee been paid Im losing money because driver have another pick before his 34 hour break an no Respect when you try to ask its taking so long .I which I could Sue them for the load I missed because detention doesnt cover what Im losing.

Here for over 3 and a half hours for 12 pallets. They lied and said that I was done after two, but I showed them on my phone where I had talked to the broker and was still under the red at 2 hours and 23 minutes. Will never come back to this location

One the slowest unloaders EVER!! Theyre Unloading 1 pallet every 15-20 minutes. It should NEVER take this long!!!
