I found myself in a bad place recently after my computer was accidentally left at a TSA checkpoint. I walked into the Experimax in Jupiter FL and 20 minutes later left with a great, better MacBook Air at a very reasonable price.

I had an external hard drive fail. The folks at Experimax quickly checked it and determined it needed to be sent off for specialized attention. They did so in a friendly and efficient manner. Based on that experience, I returned to have a new battery installed in my Mac Book Air. They had the part in stock, and literally had the work done in 5 minutes. Their price was competitive and the service was awesome. Its nice to know there is a local business I can trust with my technology. I recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service! I wanted to sell my 2018 MacBook Pro but didnt want to get ripped off. I called ahead and asked about selling my computer, Chris was extremely nice and told me an estimate. When I arrived, I was greeted and they looked over the computer. Everything was explained what they were doing and they said the computer is in good shape. They offered me a fair price and wrote a check on the spot. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to sell you Apple product but not deal with the hassle of listing it yourself! I will be going back when I need to.

I went into Experimax today looking for a good deal on a Mac Book. They worked with me to find a good solution for my needs and gave me a great price. They even threw in a video adapter cable and a keyboard protector at no extra charge.Knowledgeable staff, good prices. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Chris was kind enough to resolve my phones cracked screen in under an hour, great little shop to have in Jupiter. They also sell preowned Apple product, I will most likely buy a laptop of some kind from them in the near future. I did not cross check his pricing however he seemed more than fair. The rest of the staff was attentive and very helpful. I would highly recommend Chris and his team.

Very nice people and great service. I had to get my phone fixed. I dropped it off there and they told me it would take an hour and to come back to pick it up. Within 40 minutes my phone was good as new. Also, I asked to pay and they said we were all set. I got my phone fixed within 40 minutes with good service and no cost. Highly recommend this place if you need to fix your Apple devices.

From start to finish, we were impressed with them. We called around for prices, and they were the best. They were open a few minutes earlier then their posted open time. The phone screen was fixed in less than an hour. And they were as nice as can be.

I’ve been coming to the folks at Experimax for many years and watched them grow from a single store to quite the franchise. Whether I’m seeking a specific machine, from a specific year (due to its specific expandability capabilities), phone screen repairs or machine servicing, these guys have always taken good care of me. All of the machines in my home and business were purchased from the “J’s” at Experimax. It’s all due to the fantastic service that this family owned company provides. Quite simply, they care.Most recently, I came to Josh (one of the owners) and his associate, Shelby (who has a freakishly impressive memory), with a complex 2012 Mac Pro service upgrade that involved 2 different OS’s (Mac and Windows on the same machine), accounting/business app updates, a hard drive swap and video card upgrade. Given each modification had to be done in a specific sequence, they formed and shared a plan with me, and once approved, they executed the entire project flawlessly. They even took the time to find me more reasonably priced licensed software upgrades to ensure I was never overpaying.I write this review on my trusty 2012 Mac Pro tower, running all the latest software, backed up on fast, safe drives (& the cloud), and now, I can even use 6 monitors on one machine should I so desire, all for a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new machine. And no, I’m not experiencing any noticeable decrease in performance due to the age of the machine – none.Regardless of the location (Jupiter, West Palm, etc), I’m sure you’ll get the same level of service and caring expertise from Experimax.Glenn

Took my MacBook Pro in to get a broken screen replaced. Emailed the company and was pleasantly surprised to get a response back so quickly. Josh was my technician and was in contact with me every step of the way. The price that was quoted was the price I paid. I am very happy with the service I was given and the fast turnaround time. I am not happy with their iPhone screen quality replacements. They break very easy . They are more than happy to repair them, once again, as long as you keep paying. I really think some warranty should cover at least a few months after screen repair.

I bought a pre-owned laptop, desktop and got my wifes laptop screen fixed at the Jupiter location . This company has top notch people, knowledge, customer service, pricing and they stand behind their work.When I first went to visit them, they did not have a laptop that fit the specifications I was looking for so they went the extra mile searched around and within three days, I had a laptop that not only matched the technical specs and price I wanted but also matched the aesthetic criteria I was looking for.All three machines are working great. I can’t even begin to thank Hayden and Josh for their super fast service on my MacBook. I accidentally spilled an entire glass of water into my macbook yesterday and called them in a panic to see what can be done. I rushed right over and they began working immediately to take apart the entire laptop and dry it out the best they could, the fastest they could. I was seriously shocked how fast they worked and that they put me as such a priority, never have meeting me before. I will forever come to this location for my Mac services. We almost went to another shop Close by, but they were out of the parts to fix the iPhone 7plus so we stumbled upon this one. We are so glad we did because the service and prices were outstanding we couldn’t be happier. Wait time was around an hour for battery and screen replacement. We just wandered around the plaza that has many cool little shops. Definitely will be back if we need another repair or any other services from this shop. Also the staff were very nice and friendly, it was nice doing business here unlike some phone repair shops I won’t mention ;)

They did a great job with personalized service that you cannot get from online shopping or the big box stores. Very friendly and welcoming especially during these deceitful times.

I brought my moms phone in for a new battery, not only was it the least expensive, they were prompt, courteous and an overall great experience. I will not hesitate to bring my apple products there and may purchase something there in the near future. I went to the Jupiter location.

I scheduled an appointment to have my IPhone 6s screen replaced and also the battery. I cannot express enough of how welcome Mr. Shelby made me feel. Not only did they fix my phone but I was treated professionally, the fixed my phone promptly, and while my phone was being repaired I enjoyed an in depth conversation about Apple products!! My daughters battery in her iPhone needed replacement. Josh had it replaced in under an hour while we had lunch. Cost was very reasonable. Unfortunately now my daughter can spend even more time on her phone now, maybe I shouldn’t have gotten it repaired :)

I needed a home button on my iPhone. Everyone I called in a 15 mile radius didn’t have the part and quoted a price between $60 and $70 dollars and told me it would take an hour to repair if and when they could get the parts. I walked into experimax and walked out 15 minutes later with a perfectly working iPhone. The total repair with parts was $25.
