The service and quality here is phenomenal! I bought a dress from Lilly Pulitzer and they used the dress to make a bow tie and pocket square from it. There was left over material and she gave us the idea to make face mask for the brides and those came out great! They also altered my wife’s dress for the wedding and it came out perfect! They did such a beautiful job on my wedding dress! It was a lot of work for them because of the details on the hemline, but they took their time to make sure everything was perfect. They did a beautiful job on my bridesmaids dresses, too. They completely redesigned my oldest sisters dress to meet her needs and it was amazing! We couldnt have been happier!

The entire staff here is beyond amazing! I needed a bridesmaid dress shortened, let out, altered at the neckline, and I needed a face mask to go with it as well. I dropped it off with only a few days until the wedding and they were so accommodating and friendly. They had the dress and mask, which fit perfectly, ready in a snap. I’m never going anywhere else and I highly recommend their services!

Backstory....my sister, Jacque, who was very close to my children passed away and we saved her wedding dress so that each person getting married in the family could have a part of it.So.....when my son got married we wanted to find a unique way to incorporate her dress. We called a few places during COVID and the only place that returned my call was In and Out Alterations. To my surprise, the person who reached out to me was named Jacque too. I was overwhelmed with emotion and told her our story. She was eager to take on the project. We had an idea of what we were looking for but didn’t have the vision. Jacque not only had the vision but went above and beyond to make this special and beautiful handkerchief for my son to add to his suit. This was such a surprise for him and he really felt her spirit there that day. We can’t thank In and Out Alterations enough for that memory and we have another wedding to plan and will be back for their services. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Will never return here! Do not waste your money! I asked them to sew three patches in which they charged a ridiculous amount for small patches then they proceed to leave A PIN IN IT! They left the pin sewed into my uniform which sadly resulted in me hurting someone in my martial arts class and them bleeding and getting pricked in the face. I was suppose to receive a call from the owner and tomorrow will make it a week and still no call or even an apology!! DO NOT GO HERE! I will never recommend this place again and will tell friends and family to stay far away. So unprofessional

I have been going to In & Out Alterations for 5 years and I must say they are one of the best alteration businesses in the area. Jackie & her staff are professional, friendly, attentive, and are responsive. Every time I go there, I am welcomed with a smile and a warm greeting. Needed an alteration and custom fabric added to my husbands wedding shirt and was referred to this company from all the great reviews. They made all adjustments in perfect timing for are wedding and at a very reasonable charge! As you can see, the shirt came out perfect! Jackie and Digma are simply amazing. They took a bridesmaid dress I hated (cried over), was close to burning, and turned it into the best dress I ever had. Excellent customer service, great prices, and absolutely amazing quality of work. I dont know how Digma does it! Incredible. Wish I could give more stars. If you dont go here for alterations, youre wasting your time and money.

We have been using In & Out for many years and they have always done a great job. If there is an issue, Jackie addresses it personally and it is handled. I do prefer some of the seamstresses over others but that is simply my personal preference.

Commercial Diver:I requested In & Out Alterations to patch tears and holes and short sleeve my wetsuit.In only 2 fittings Lia and I up-cycled my wetsuit at the cost of a new short sleeve in time for winter waters.The short sleeve suit feels great and fits well even after 8-weeks of use under my 5mm cold water suit in 65° water!If you have any tears in your wetsuit be sure to take them to In & Out Alterations, Lia will be happy to serve you:)

While the alterations were done very well, they stained my dress in several areas. These areas were the same spots they had chalked the dress for alterations. It seemed like they tried to remove the chalk with water. They refused to acknowledge they had stained the dress and recommended a different dry cleaner to remove the stains. They offered no compensation for their error and tried to claim they did not do it. The dress was brought to them brand new and without any stains. Really disappointing because the alterations were done perfectly and were very expensive.

Had been coming here almost twice a week to have alterations for 6 months. I did like coming here because of the great work they were doing. Since the Russian speaking lady started working here is when the problems started.It started with a lambskin leather skirt i brought in. When I got it home it had not been altered at all. Brought it back and still not great.Next was 2 pairs of black label silk Ralph Lauren pants. When I got them home both pants had uneven legs.When I brought them back that lady acted very rude to me and as if it was not her problem. I was so upset I was crying. I had also dropped a Burberry cashmere scarf that they put different color threads on. Now I have to take it somewhere else because it’s crooked. Along with the silk pants.If you want your clothes to not be butchered by this lady then I suggest you go somewhere else.
