There are so many companies, in this field of business, that it is hard to choose which one to pick. When I found out this company has been in business for over 31 years, I figured they must be doing something right. And boy are they! The work they do doesnt even compare to any other Ive seen. The team arrived 2 hours before their scheduled window, and my teenage daughter let them in. They started cleaning the sofa before my arrival and told me that it was going to be twice the quoted price only after I arrived and they were halfway through the cleaning. They charged more than twice the amount any other service had charged me for the same sofa. I called the office to ask for a breakdown of their pricing and how it was double what was quoted. They could not answer, but only to say that the sofa was larger than what I told them - but they would be willing to make an adjustment. I had the manufacturers specs proving it was the same size quoted. Company would not return calls to process the adjustment that was promised.

Love the friendly employees and great work will definitely use them.again and recommend them to others! Great prices!
