Called looking for a replacement drivers side buckle form my 93 Wrangler. They gave me a list of the other vendors (as my original option was sold out). I placed an order and am happily awaiting for the arrival of an OE style buckle!

Ordered seat belts from this company according to a website description and it was inacurate called the customer service line to remedy this solution and Carlos advise me basically that it wasnt worth their time to fix my problem and I should order seatbelt somewhere else. The description in itself was a 8 inch belt that was 6 inch when it got to me. Making this to short for my project.

Purchased a set of seat belts ($425) for my 1970 Corvette. After installing them plus the seats and all the interior trim that had to be removed to get at the shoulder retract mechanism, the shoulder harness buckle would not clip on to the lap belt due to the opening on the shoulder belt being to small to slide over the post on the lap belt buckle. Have tried numerous times to contact them only to be put on hold and finally hanging up after waiting to long. Now when I try to call them I only get a busy signal. Poor quality control.

My shop installed a pair of their seatbelts in a 1976 Corvette for a customer. The seatbelts LOOK great, but thats about all the good I can say for them.My customer is older and has difficulty putting this seat belt on and has stopped driving the car because he can not get the shoulder belt to extend and latch.I called Seatbelt Solutions to speak to their Tech support and receieved nothing in terms of actual Technical Support All they could say was we either installed them wrong or they are defective. They will not send diagrams of their products and will not help diagnose the issue.We are a shop that specializes in C3 Corvettes and have installed hundreds of OEM seatbelts without these issues.Because the product does not function and has stopped my customer from being able to enjoy his vehicle, I have had to advise my other customers to not purchase these seatbelts for their own projects.I must say I had high hopes for these seat belts because of how great they look, but they did not live up to expectations.Bottom line, I would not reccomend their replacement Corvette seatbelts.

Ive been buying from them regularly for about 2 years and Ive always found them to offer great customer service and theyve delivered every order on time and in full.

Terrible store policies, bought fuel jugs, tried to return them (unused and sealed) said they dont accept returns??Will report to BBB as they have by law, state at the time of purchase if an item is non- returnable. Otherwise its 30 days by default!
