We’ve been living at Jupiter Isle Apartments for over a decade now and have been through several owners but the current one, by far, has been the best! Our little community has underwent several improvements, both inside the apartments and outdoors around the grounds. Jupiter Isle is, without doubt, one of the safest, convenient, family friendly, and neighborly communities around Jupiter. We’ve met so many wonderful individuals, couples and families here and our kids feel happy and safe. The management and entire staff are always so helpful, friendly, and efficient. They are always just a phone call, email or convenient office visit away should you ever need them for everything. The manager, Leslie, is one of the kindest and most professional managers I have ever seen and has helped us more times than I can count. The grounds are beautiful. Lots of greenery, flowers and wildlife. The staff and community help keep it clean. The pools are always clean and beautiful. There’s a gym we love using. The office also has a business center if you ever need it. We feel happy, safe and secure and love calling Jupiter Isle our home. It’s right in the heart of Jupiter and close to everything you need. Love it here! Thank you Jupiter Isle! ❤️
I just signed my lease here and this place is great! Katie had been helping us out with the application process and she was nice. Lisa helped us out with getting the deposit paid, and showing us our new apartment, and she is such an asset to your company! Super sweet, knowledgeable, hospitable, the list goes on. She made me feel right at home. Theres something so important about having someone like Lisa with a smiling face and pleasant demeanor as the first point of in person contact. Just sets the tone!In addition to her great personality, the apartment is beautiful. The place we came from is more dark inside, which led to some mild depression during quarantine! The new place has tons of windows that let in natural light, a view of the pretty lake, and just feels more like home. Not to mention doorstep trash pickup multiple days a week! Lots of good vibes here and a great location that cannot be beat! Very excited to be here.
Going into our second year living here and we love it! Nice, quiet, safe community. We are fortunate to also have great neighbors. New ownership has really done great things with the community. The office staff is attentive and helpful, the maintenance crew is super friendly and quick to respond. We really love living here
Well, here we go again!! It’s been since 2018 and I am still here. It’s because I can not seem to leave! I have a safe quiet apartment in the back where no one bothers us!! Every year, this place spruces up and I am very happy to be here! Everyone is AWESOME and friendly in the front office and eager to help in any way!!If your looking for a great place to live with your family, Jupiter Isle and the MGR Leslie Ramirez is the place you need to be!! Three years and counting happy resident!!!!
I love living at Jupiter Isle. It is quiet. Its right across three street from Busch Wild Life. Its close to 95 and the turnpike. Its in a prime location, close to the best restaurants and shopping plazas. Its in a great school district to raise your children. I love my apartment. The office staff and maintenance team are amazing. I highly recommend Jupiter Isle.
Katie made moving into a new apartment easy and was full of great insight of the area. She was very friendly. The maintenance crew is great and very helpful. I love how the apartments are pet friendly because I am a loving dog momma! I enjoy having a gym/pool in the neighborhood. Jupiter Isle is great for families, singles and all pet lovers!
We’ve lived here for 13 years, have been through several owners and property managers and this one, by far, has been the easiest, most pleasant and most efficient. The entire staff, both in the office and maintenance, are extremely kind and helpful and have always been there when I needed them. This company has made amazing improvements to the entire property and to the units and have made it a clean and beautiful community to live in. It’s right in the heart of Jupiter and close to everything you need. Clean pools, assigned parking, wonderful neighbors and amazing staff. I truly feel safe and at home living here and I can’t thank this current management enough!
Poor customer service from leasing office. If you want to feel welcomed, this is not your ideal home. One day prior to move in I hadnt even received my leasing agreement so had to call in and request this for the 4th time. Reviewed the agreement and had some questions so called the office and the lady was not very helpful and said she told me she was expecting a signature before 6pm so she could execute my lease and collect my payment so I could get my keys the following morning. I was able to sign off on the lease and called at 5:58pm and she didnt answer the phone knowing I was going to call back. She kept on apologizing on my first call but the apology wasnt genuine as she clearly wasnt interested in helping me.
I have been living at Jupiter Isle forever. I love the entre staff, they are very helpful, cordial and diplomatic. Jupiter Isle is the best place to live.
Great move in experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very eager and willing to help.
I moved in the first week of JulyThe sales staff in the leasing office went above and beyond to get my lease in orderThey were prompt, polite, and helpful
The maintenance staff is excellent. They are always prompt and efficient. It is a pleasure to live here.
I love living at Jupiter Isle. The maintenance staff and the office staff are amazing and I love my apartment. I highly recommend Jupiter Isle.
Moved in a few days ago. Lisa has been great and kept checking on me move in day and for days following. The apartment itself is good for a rental and while no home is going to be perfect, I have a few surprises I wanted to share: theres no garbage disposal which will take some getting used to, no ice maker even though its a newer fridge/freezer and I was disappointed there were no ceiling fans in the bedrooms even though they are in the websites pictures. Also, they advertise quartz countertops in the upgraded units. Im in an upgraded unit and there is laminate that looks like quartz which is fine but misleading. I guess its possible some units have them and some dont because the prices seem to vary by unit. Also, they do make you wait until really close to move in to sign your lease, which can be nerve-racking and I had to pay rent on move in day on their portal and there wasnt enough time to set up my checking account prior to that day and so I was forced to use my credit card and they charge a $89 fee. Just beware.
We have not even moved in yet and I have a headache for trying to move in. Trying to sign the lease the night before, because they neglected to send it to me with advanced notice. I was having trouble and I called and she let me know that they closed at 6 and would have to wait till the next day, which will delay my move-in. Talk about customer service..... not creating a a raving fan over here. The people who work in the office are rude, incompetent and all they want to do is take your money. You would be better off going to another apartment complex. They will try and get any penny they can from you. The young girl working there, Katie, is very unpleasant and to be frank, rude. I would never recommend this complex to anyone and when asked about it, I will give my honest opinion.
Jose did a great job taking care of my maintenance request today. He arrived early and worked quickly to resolve the problem.
Been renting here several years, the office staff is great. However when they changed late fees from $75 to $150 when we renewed (during covid-19 shut down no less) and didnt make a point of making that clear, soured me on this place. I will be looking for a more reasonable place after this lease.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Been here for a few years now and late fees went from $75 to $150 and wasnt made known until I called them and they stated that it was in the renewal lease. They dont point this out. Sneaky sneaky. Among a long list of other things WRONG these apartments. I will be looking to go somewhere else once lease is up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!
I just broke my lease with Jupiter Isle after only 5 months of residing there. If you are moving to the area and are looking for an apartment I would highly suggest you look elsewhere. In the case that you are interested in renting from this apartment please keep in mind that you will have to deal with:1. Significant noise issues. Hearing arguments between neighbors is commonplace, as well music, television, doors shutting and even low volume conversations. Noise from neighbors is something that is generally expected from apartments, but this is by far the worst Ive ever experienced.2. Junkie neighbors. This is especially an annoyance when combined with the sound issues. I can recall several times where I was woken up around 3 in the morning hearing what I can only assume was my neighbor tweaking out. Crying, screaming, yelling and moaning were some of the things I heard. When I called the front office about it, they seemed uninterested in actually helping to resolve the issue and just told me they would put in a noise complaint.3. Utilities that fail and break frequently. At a some point, you will have utilities that break, such as A/C, plumbing or electricity. The issue will not be resolved quickly since you will be put on a long list along with your other neighbors who are dealing with broken utilities.4. Management issues. If you want an idea of how you will be treated by management when making any complaints or inquiries, simply look at the responses given to other users who have left negative reviews. Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a quality living experience and are sorry to hear we didnt meet your expectations. This is jargon which roughly translates to Yes, we know that our apartment complex is plagued with issues. We do not intend to do anything about it.5. Paying for services that you dont receive. Monthly, you are given a bill for utilities which include a sewage fee, water bill, trash fee and pest control. The first two are standard and the last two would be as well if they were consistently provided. Trash is supposed to be picked up every day except for Fridays and Saturdays. Unfortunately, the 2 off days seem to stretch out much further, as I often found my trash not picked up on the other days and had to take it to the dump myself. This is $20 that you will pay and receive very little for. The pest control fee is around $5, yet you will still find ants and cockroaches around your apartment. You will have to invest in your own bug traps if you want them dealt with.6. General low quality of living. For the amount you will pay for the apartment, you will find that the standard of living is much lower when compared to other apartments with similar price points. The apartments dont have ceiling lights, are unattractive in design and there are issues with roads in the complex. Ventilation is also very bad. My neighbor below me liked to smoke outside of the building. The smell would creep up through the ventilation and cause the front bedroom of my clean, non-smoker apartment to reek of cigarettes. Please dont make the same mistake that I did. My assumption was that the low ratings this apartment complex received were just a vocal minority. I was wrong. It really is that bad. I would highly suggest that anyone looking for an apartment in this area look elsewhere. With a little research, you can find something much nicer for the same price or less.
4 stars because i didnt actually live here.Brendas customer service was top notch! I ended up deciding to move somewhere else based on the reviews here on google. But I was very pleased with the service I recieved.
Extremely small apartments and pricey, READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE COMMITTING...THIN WALLS YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING FROM YOUR NEIGHBORS APARTMENT..
Love it !! Getting ready to renew our lease. Everything is great, fast maintenance, newly renovated amenities, pet friendly, the leasing office personnel are wonderful & truly care about the community. Every month we see Jupiter Isle making improvements to the community. Thank you all for everything !!
The location was great and the apartment itself was designed nicely. However, we chose to end our stay there after one year. The water heater was constantly leaking black sediment into our sink and shower, despite them fixing it a couple of times. The back patio had spiders, the kitchen had ants. The upstairs children could be heard running through the apartment late at night, super thin walls. Parking was far from our actual apartment. Overall, not the worst, not the best place to live.
I have just resigned with Jupiter Isle. Starting on year #2 and happy to do so. I will admit that when I first moved in, a single lady and living in the very back of the property, slightly worried. I find it very peaceful and quite back here! The one or two times I have had to ask for maintenance, they always showed up when they were supposed to.The girls at the office are ALWAYS very helpful and nice. Leslie and Paige are always very pleasant and accommodating for any of my needs. Always answering the phones professionally and with a smile. With all the new upgrades, I am looking forward to another year here.
My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. If we didn’t decide to move to Denver CO, we’d renew without any hesitation. They new management has made amazing improvements to the community and they’re also very friendly. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable community. Thank you, Jupiter Isle!
I just signed for my 2nd lease here. I have to say brenda in management is 10/10 she helped me with everything.Answered all my questions. She just amazing and was always fast with e mails and calls .Lesley and Kate are great alsoJupiterisle is really nice and the staff go out of there way for you.Ive no negative feedback for jupiterisle apartment but good positive feedback.Thank you Brenda you done an amazing job with my new apartment.
Just moved out, 3 years was more than long enough. Horrendous noises from stomping crying screaming tenants and kids, noise complaints completely ignored, blaring music and drunks yelling at all hrs of the night, a list of dog breed restrictions a mile long, people not picking up after their dog(s), etc. Signs say alligators present in lake(s) so parents just let their little ones play in and around the lake with no adult supervision of any kind. Maintenance guys and Brenda at office were great! Other than that? Glad were finally out of there.
SUPERB!!! I highly recommend this place to everyone.I love this place. Its very relaxing, clean, and stuff are super friendly.Leslie and Cori are super friendly. They ROCKKKKKK.The pool is very nice.
Im very confused at some of these negative reviews left for Jupiter Isle here on Google Reviews. Ive lived in this neighborhood for over 11 years now and during those 11 years, we went through at least 4 different corporate owners, all of which dont hold a candle to the professionalism of our current management team and ownership with Northland. Weve seen our property name change through the years due to different owners; from Shell Trace to Mallards Cove to the current one, Jupiter IsleA few things to keep in mind while reading reviews: most people only write a review if they feel negatively about something or if they feel for whatever reason that theyve been wronged, but very few will take the time to write a good review when its deserved. People also tend to stretch the truth even to the point of lying. Ive seen that so many times on different review sites just to slander a person or business for different reasons. My review here is very honest and open. While negative reviews always give people an opportunity to make a decision based on what they dont want to deal with, I honestly have had no negative situations whatsoever to review based upon our current property owners... remember what I said, Ive lived here 11 years. We switched units to a fully renovated one about a year ago and its absolutely beautiful. Theyre renovating all of them and this current owner has done a wonderful job with renovating these units; vinyl plank flooring, beautiful new cabinetry. No issues with ac, bugs, mold..... nothing. We do our part as responsible tenants, taking very good care of our unit, always keeping the ac at a reasonable temp to prevent mold (we live in Florida....) and on the rare occasion that weve ever needed anything repaired or tended to, its always been such an ease to contact the office and place a work order with which maintenance always responds promptly and very professionally and kind while repairing efficiently and thoroughly; this maintenance team is truly wonderful. The office staff has always been so kind and professional and always there if you need them. Weve never had any issues re-signing a lease with them. The whole property is in the process of renovations and both pools look absolutely beautiful, theyre getting ready to open a fitness center which were excited about, the leasing office is brand new and has a business center within it, and theyve been upgrading the outsides of all the buildings. It truly looks night and day better. The staff has been hosting neighborhood gatherings every month or so. Whether its an Easter egg hunt for the kiddos, pizza parties or Halloween trick-or-treating, theyre constantly coming up with ways to get the neighborhood together to have fun and mingle and I know theyll have so many more planned for future occasions. We love our unit which over looks a beautiful lake and its very peaceful at night. The neighbors are so very friendly and weve become friends with so many of them. Jupiter Isle is in a perfect location sitting right in the heart of Jupiter, close to parks, stores, schools and the beach. As Ive said previously, weve been here for a while. In all honesty, we remember a time many many years ago when this was a questionable place to live. However, under this current management and ownership, with all these improvements and with the kindness, professionalism and beauty of this community now, I have never felt more safer, more happy or more proud to call Jupiter Isle my home. I most definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone looking for family-friendly apartment living. A huge thanks to the Northland team at Jupiter Isle.
Worst apartment complex in unincorporated palm beach county yes unincorporated if there is an emergency you can’t call Jupiter police you have to be transferred to the sheriffs department because of the crime in the area! I figured that out when our car got broken into along with several other cars ... I have lived in this apartment complex for Two years the first year we were told to move to another apartment due to them wanted to renovate the place we were in ... So many residents gave them issues about moving but we just packed our stuff and moved giving no problems. We just finished our lease going on the second year and recently purchased a home when I notified them I wasn’t renewing they treated me as if I was trash and not a valued resident also hanging up on me mid conversation and claimed it was there phone system but didn’t think to call me back ... Also I was just notified I was not getting my deposit back after only being in that apartment for a year.
Place has gone down hill DRAMATICALLY. The apartments are still reasonably priced for the area. The have a temporary leasing office that was under my apartment. Yes they moved the Office into an apartment while there seems to be no work being done on the office the moved out of. No work trucks no blocked spots, no materials nothing. Also the clientele that they approve now to live in there has gone down. Its got some rough people living in there. The Apartment Manager is a VERY friendly lady and she will do the best she can with what she has to work with, and over all the staff is friendly but its gone down hill living condition wise. They hired a painting crew to re paint all the buildings and our building was the Ginny pig and the company totally botched it, they painted over the apartment numbers so you could not receive packages. The color scheme was a mess.I would find a better option.
Lived here 8 months. Fitness center not open still trash gets pick up maybe 2 times s week ants all over. Paying for the fitness center and trash pick up and exterminator in my rent for no reason apparently. Mold in the house . Separate water bill for 12 units when I have about 6 ppl living in each apartment near me washing clothes showers filing up kiddie pool washing cars and using slip and slide. This place is a rip off
Just moved in a week ago. The leasing agent Lynn very helpful. The unit beautiful and newly renovated. A few items noted during move in where repaired immediately by Patrick who has been on staff for 15 years. The community is peaceful. Enjoying lake view from civered screened in patio. Location convenient to many restaurants, home depot and other shopping. Rooms are spacious. Love the tile entrance way and wood vinyl flooring in living rooms. New carpeting in bedrooms. So glad I made the choice of Mallards Cove.
My husband, daughter and myself have been living at Mallard Cove Apartments in Jupiter Florida for a year. We have already signed our new lease for another year. Our experience living at Mallard Cove has been pleasant, stress free, and welcoming. The location is great, my neighbors are friendly, the prices are some what reasonable . The maintenance men are amazingly quick to respond and fix any problem, I have never had to call more than once for these guys to respond to my needs, and they are available on weekends and i have never heard any of them complain which is refreshing. Lynn and Barb who run the leasing office and the maintenance crew all are really great people. I am Not saying Mallard Cove is perfect, No because no person or place is but I can honestly say with Lynn and Barb running the office and the crew of maintenance guys .that we have here I would recommend this place.
The neighborhood just keeps getting better and better. Been here for years and loving it. It’s so close to everything in Jupiter. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is wonderful. Updated apartments are just beautiful inside.
Getting much pleasant to live here and the new bldg designs make ..huge huge difference. Looks cleaner and modern
Its funny how the most recent negative reviews keep disappearing. I did my year, tried to make the best of it without waves. My car and my boyfriends car was broken into as well. Management didnt handle it at all. They didnt inform residents in a timely manner so of course. the theifs came back a week later and got a few more cars. So over 35+ cars, even smashed windows. When I asked about having the night security back on property. They said they never had it. Which for the first three months from when I moved in there was. the response from management oh yeah we did, well we dont want to give people a false sense. For 1 its a deterrent. Or security cameras to see who is tracking stuff? Nope costs too much, yet its on there office and the new fitness center.Walls are super thin. The renovated apt had the most basic appliances that already started to break. The bath is latexed over which peels up. Construction took a year longer then expected on the amenities. And they dont clean up after themselves, and office doesnt follow up without a complaint first. Screws, metal shavings everywhere. Ive had three screws in my tires total. They did Reimburse for one tire, luckily. They are way overpriced. Random charges occur on your account periodically for late fees even though you pay on time. They will adjust it with proof of course. Just an inconvenience and waste of time. Just dont deal with Paige shell just give you attitude and the run around like a 16 year old sales associate whose never had a job before. Leslie will help to a degree and keep level head but still a brick wall. Its a job to them and dont truly care about the residents.
If I could give zero stars I would. For what they charge you would think they might care a little bit about your well being. I have a 1 week old child and our A/C keepsgoing out. The company they use said the unit was past life expectancy and they refuse to do a permanent fix, they only want to slap bandages on every issue. Had so many issues with every aspect of this property. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance is rude and pushy and the office staff have no loyalty to you and do not care about your well being.
The staff was amazing from the time I applied to moving in. This location is perfect for me quite & all my neighbors are very friendly. The maintenance repair are completed within 2 days. The location is great & close to Publix, Walmart & other stores & restaurants. Less then 8 miles from the beach.
Honestly, the view looks nice but the apartments themselves can use a lot of work. I guess thats why the rent is so darn high. Youd think something good would change but no, all i seen was building being painted an ugly green color and dudes doing gardening type stuff. Oh right, i almost forgot: The name changed. Wonder how much that cost. The same rugs been here for years, ac in my room sucks, youll get eviction notice for not giving rent under 5 days and have to waste gas and money to go out one way when theres a back exit. Wed be in and out to Publix, Walmart, or some fast food place a lot quicker. But no, apparently her excuse is because People dont feel safe with it unlock. Like are you high? Haha. You can jump over it, but even doing that with a good intention or living here is really dangerous. I can keep going all day about this place and no one cant stop me. If i can give you a tip, just move someone far from here. I bet youll find a nice affordable place and save a lot more money. The only good thing about the place is the neighbors and the view if you walk in certain places.
Horrible !!!!! I had people visiting with their animals and they gave me an eviction letter because they thought they were living there. When I first moved in NOTHING and I mean nothing was working. Ac is still busted. Dishwasher was broken. Laundry units dont work properly and break easily. The leasing office are rude and inconsiderate. You do not want to move here for the price you are going to pay. They should be section 8 apartments!!!
New owners are slum lords. Management from across state is very untrustworthy and lie to your face. They are braking some laws here and will get what they deserve in the end.
The manager will find her way not to return your deposit. Everything she does is lie to your face, I have not seen another people that dificult and closed minded. Barbara and Lynn theyre nice persons but the manager is the worst youll find in Jupiter.Make sure your contract says 12 month and shall end in 12, not 13 like mine. They will replace the carpets in full with your security deposit even for a single 1 inch stain. Make all your agreements in writting or youll end on paying with your life. Back off from Mallards Cove / Shell Trace.
Do not rent anything from these people. The community is not safe. My girlfriends car has been broken into, My truck has been broken into and tools stolen...I am a disabled veteran and have a service dog...I had so much trouble out of the property manager trying to say that I couldnt have the animal or I had to pay the pet deposit. At one point they threatened calling law enforcement on the issue. I also didnt have a water bill for 5 months then all of a sudden it shows up and they expect it to be paid right then. Also had a issue of a maintained man going into my apartment to fix the AC because he was working in the apartment below me and said mine wisent working I find out this had happened 4 hours after the fact when I get a call from the property manager saying Just to let you know we went into your apartment to fix your ac These people will do anything to cheat you.....apartments are not worth the price....crappy furnishings, crappy service.....STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Theres a girl named Sienna sinder and I like her my name is Troy stepanek
Walls are paper thin, and as a result Ive been evicted from noise complaints. For example, one of them was from me crying.
A terrible experience Leslie is a very rude person who does not listen to the tenants, it bothers her that one goes to the office for any problem for that she is there. They are apt that neither sleeping can all the time I was going for work without sleeping of the noise of the neighbors are badly done the apt ones. On top of everything when I left, he sent me to the credit bureau for not paying the penalty of not fulfilling the contract. He did not understand any explanation that we had just bought a property and we did not have that money at that moment. I honestly do not recommend that place to anyone.
